  Because I had some cupping on the old tires I was replacing which had over 65,000 miles on them, the sales guy told me I needed new shocks and struts, and that my new tires could not be warrantied unless I get the shocks and struts replaced. He told me that there is no other possible cause of the cupping other than defective shocks and struts. This is absolutely NOT true, so either he is uninformed about possible causes of cupping, or he was lying to me to try and sell me the new shocks and struts. It so happens, I am a VERY VERY mechanically inclined guy who has some experience with tire sales, installation, truing, balancing, etc. I know other ways to check for bad struts and shocks, which I did as soon as I got home. My shocks and struts are in great condition. I've also had my car at the BMW dealership for an oil change just 2 months ago, where they checked everything, including the shocks and struts, and they passed the test at the BMW dealer whom I place a lot more trust and confidence in than Tire Kingdom. The cupping he pointed out to me was from and alignment problem which I had fixed over 40K milea ago. So, your guy at Tire Kingdom invalidated my tire warranty because he wanted to sell me new shocks and struts which I did not need. He wrote right on my receipt that the new tires will not be under warranty due to cupping. This is very very BAD business policy. Furthermore, the tire warranty is provided by Continental Tires and has it's own limitations/conditions for the warranty to be valid or invalidated. Tire Kingdom has no legal right to be invalidating a tire warranty provided by the tire manufacturer.

  Always excellent service at the Ponte Vedra Beach location. Been taking my cars there for years. Took my car there today(Sunday) and the staff was very kind and diligent in getting my vehicle repaired. Highly recommend....

  Excellent service, employees very helpful. First Tire Kingdom was running behind schedule but the pv Tire Kingdom was quick to get me out and back on the road in less than 30 min!! Grateful for all they do!!! Thanks guys u are awsome!!!!
