  The enterprise office at 880 A1A ponte Vedra is the place to rent from the staff is very professional and courteous they make you feel comfortable and important and the office is always clean and most of all the vehicles are clean

  Extremely disappointed with Enterprise and sharing this as a warning to others. I reserved a minivan in Ponte Vedra Beach for a family trip (traveling with my 81-year-old mother, my husband, and children). Within hours, I was told they couldn’t honor the reservation due to being short 15 minivans and was sent to the 800 number. That rep assured me Jacksonville Beach had one available and rebooked me. The morning of our trip, Jacksonville Beach then called to say they also didn’t have a minivan—putting our plans at risk. After multiple calls, they eventually located one. When we picked it up, the van smelled and—more importantly—the sliding passenger door was not functioning properly. We were told it was “noted” and sent on our way anyway. At 3:30 AM, fully packed and ready to leave, the door failed completely and would not close. This made the vehicle unsafe to drive with my family. When I called for help, I was told to wait until morning and drive it anyway—then the rep hung up on me when I raised safety concerns. Only after calling back did someone arrange a replacement… from TWO HOURS away. Our trip has now been significantly delayed and incredibly stressful. This experience included: • Failure to honor a confirmed reservation (twice) • Being given an unsafe vehicle • Being told to drive an unsafe vehicle with my family • A customer service rep disconnecting during a safety issue I am requesting a full refund and appropriate compensation. Enterprise, this is not just an inconvenience—this is a serious safety and service failure. I would appreciate immediate follow-up.

  The associates were wonderful to work with! They were able to work with me to get a car same day after dropping my car in the shop without a set appointment.
