- MWMatthew Wayne5 days ago1.0Very unsatisfied, not only were the deli food prices outrageous, but to to it off the lady only fills the Mac and cheese half way. At least give people what they pay so much for!! And tasted like cardboard. Never again!!!!! Oh and the cashier snatched my money out of my hand. Just terrible customer service, really terrible!
- IIInvaider5 days ago5.0Great truck stop, Pilot Flying J. This is how at least all truck stops should be. Very convenient, clean, and pleasant. If only they had more healthy food, like various salads, it would be absolutely perfect. But as it is, I'm giving it five stars.
- CBChris BJul 18, 20261.0Most gas stations place a “pending charge” of $1.00 on your credit card when you go to purchase gas at the pump – a check that the credit card is active and that the charge will go through. This place puts a whopping $266.00(!!) "pending charge" on your card – and this was on a regular gasoline pump, not a diesel pump for an 18-wheeler. The minivan I was driving cannot accept over $250 of gasoline on a single fill-up. This is excessive and highly inappropriate for this business to do this. I will be avoiding Pilot Travel Centers on future road trips.
- PBPatrick BJul 12, 20261.0Card machine at pump puts a $226 hold on your card. Will decline the transaction if you don’t. Forcing you to go inside and track down an employee to use the ONE SINGLE REGISTER IN THE WHOLE PLACE! pilot is absolute trash!
- TNTosha NewmanJul 7, 20261.0I was driving through this area and needed to get gas. I got out of my car and was pumping gas and I saw this White creeper van over in the corner. Some guy was standing outside it. I hurried up and started to pump and got back in my car and locked my doors. Before I got out I made sure the guy was still over where I thought he was. I hurried up and hung up the pump. Thank goodness I didn't have to go into the store and walk across the parking lot. I'm glad I paid at the pump. I won't be stopping at the station anymore. Lookout ladies
