  Scammers! Got an online appraisal for 8.2k, scheduled a pick up and they called me to confirm it, all of a sudden they told me on the phone that the market value has been changed to 6k ?!! Thats a scam!

  Not what I expected, pleasantly surprised. In the past, I listed my vehicle. It was a hassle sifting through multiple people who either didn't show up, or who wanted to give me way less than it was worth. Fred took my VIN #, inspected my vehicle, and within an hour, we had made a deal and I had cash in my bank account. I recommend this Pompano Beach location

  Brought my car in for an appraisal and somehow left with a CSI episode. I cleaned the car before arriving, and while I understand it's a used car with normal wear and tear, there was no reason for the employee to start poking at the interior like he was searching for hidden treasure. When I pointed out the damage, he admitted to causing it on one side but denied the other. Apparently, accountability only works one panel at a time. Then came the offer. According to them, the car excuse me I mean the Ferrari (civic) needed tires, $2,000 worth of reconditioning, and probably a miracle. Meanwhile, the car still looked better than the guy inspecting it. If you're selling your car, save yourself the headache. CarMax and Carvana are calling your name.
