  1 Star – Misleading Valuation Process. Seller Beware. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AutoBuy. I entered all of my vehicle's information into their website, including the exact model and mileage. Their system specifically asked for my vehicle's trim level (2023 Audi Q8 Premium Plus) and current mileage (only about 3,000 miles). After submitting everything, I received a valuation range of $42,200 to $50,200. Since my vehicle is essentially like new—with only 3,000 miles and purchased new with approximately 400 miles—I reasonably expected it to qualify near the top of that range. Instead, I received a call from a buyer named Shane in Jacksonville, who told me that the range wasn't actually for my specific vehicle. He said it represented all Audi Q8 models sold over the last six months, including higher trims like the Prestige. That explanation made no sense to me. If the website asks for the exact trim level and mileage before generating a value range, why would it provide a range that isn't based on those details? The final offer was only $45,000, which I felt was far below what a nearly new 2023 Audi Q8 Premium Plus with only 3,000 miles should receive. My experience left me feeling like the initial valuation was used simply to get me into the process, only for the actual offer to be much lower. Whether intentional or not, it felt like a bait-and-switch. If you're thinking about selling your vehicle through AutoBuy, I recommend getting multiple offers and not relying on the online valuation alone. My experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a waste of my time. Seller beware.

  Terrible, a ridiculous price for my vehicle even though the person who assisted me said my car was in perfect condition. In other words, a ridiculous company that undervalues ​​people's property just for their damned profit. I would never go back there. 0 stars

  I submitted everything online. all the questions answered and they gave me a price. It was totally wrong when you meet with the agent. So don't go by the price online. It is false. The agent that met with me realized that and was good. But still if it says a 2000 online expect 10% of that when you get there.

  Scammers! Got an online appraisal for 8.2k, scheduled a pick up and they called me to confirm it, all of a sudden they told me on the phone that the market value has been changed to 6k ?!! Thats a scam!
