  I went in knowing my car needed some stuff. Tires were falling apart the abs light (I thought it was sensors) was on and I had an important meeting at 11:30 that I couldn’t miss. I got there at 7:30 for an 8 am appointment (that I made the night before when they were actually closed). And the guy who already there (Andrew) setting up made sure I was first in the door. It was gonna be a long morning. They realized it wasn’t the sensors and didn’t try to charge me for them and got me out the door with 45 minutes to spare! They did figure out what the part - I was really impressed and glad I went there. They had some computer issues (happens) and my receipt didn’t email so they actually texted it to me. I watched them with other people coming and going and they just managed to get things done even when they couldn’t use their computer. Pretty impressive ingenuity! Also they were all super nice and friendly. It’s a great location with amazing employees!!! Compared prices to what a few of my friends recently spent for the same service and it was actually a little cheaper. I didn’t expect that. I wish I remembered everyone’s names because they were quick. Communicative. Friendly and really went the extra mile.

  I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Andrew at this Tire Kingdom. We always take the time to write bad reviews when we have a bad experience, so I feel it’s just as important to share a good one when someone truly goes above and beyond. Andrew saw my tires and immediately said, “Man, we will help you.” He took the time to make sure I was safe, and honestly, he may have saved my life and the lives of others on the road. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I experienced. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location to anyone. I have no doubt you will be greeted with a welcoming smile and, most importantly, someone who will try to find a solution to your problem. I will definitely be going back to this location to take care of the rest of the maintenance my vehicle needs. Thank you, Andrew, for caring and for helping me when I needed it most. It truly meant a lot to me! ❤️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Fantastic service! The team here diagnosed my car's issue right away—way faster than Walmart could. Their customer service was top-notch, and they even threw in a complementary tire swap! It's rare to find a shop that is this honest, efficient, and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back here to get the rest of my car serviced!

  Tire Kingdom Pompano offers excellent service, unmatched to anything i’ve seen before. I came in, extremely close to end of day on a weekend and both Chris and Moody refused to not be helpful. Not only advising me thoroughly on what would be the best purchase for me, but being willing to offer a unparalleled sales and service experience I didn’t know possible, HIGHLY recommend you spend your money here.

  I went to this location because it was close by when I was in a last minute pinch with needing 2 new tires ASAP. Andrew greeted me at the counter. He was friendly and professional. Everyone who spoke to me about my car and its current condition were very honest and helpful. I would go out of my way to go back to that location if needed and able. Excellent service!
