  The customer service is really bad and this place is really dirty Inside the store and outside and overpriced for a tires.

  I bought the tires and scheduled the tire changing online on their website, I chose the 9am time that was available, when I got to the store the tires wasn't there and I was informed that it wouldn't be there until 10:30-11:30am. They shouldn't schedule the service if the product is not in stock. I planned my whole saturday around this appointment, and because of the problem, my whole day was affected. I recommend changing the website to only confirm appointment after one of the store associates verify stock or delivery schedule before scheduling the service. One more serious issue I had was the when I got the bill, they were charging me for new stam valves when I didn't other it, since they were replaced short time ago. At least they accept to remove the valve cost from the bill. I decide to check if the valves were replaced but for my big surprise they didn't replace it, and makes me doubt about their honesty.

  Place is a joke had a screw in my tire wanted fix after 2 hours they said they can’t fix it so they sold me a new tire then it took another hour to put it on. Go to little tire shops much better I should have listen to people who told me don’t go there. Never will I come back.

  Went for a diagnostic test that tells me nothing what did I pay $179 for . I changed the battery in my car I only asked if they could reset the system ???

  I ordered a tire and and had an appointment for the following day at 2. Arrived at 2 and the person at the counter was not at all friendly. At 4:30 my vehicle still had not been touched. I noticed that other people had ben waiting longer than I was. I walked up to the counter and asked what was taking so long and the counter person said to me. “ There’s something called a line”. He was so rude and should not be in customer service. No one said technicians didn’t show up and it will be a while . I was treated so poorly that I will never step foot in any one of these locations again. I wish I had gotten a name but I was so angry I forgot. All I have to say is STAY AWAY!!! There are so many others places that you can go to be treated with respect and kindness .
