  I have rented the car through “RENTCARS” and it was a very good experience. No extra charges were applied. The car was excellent.

  Péssima experiencia! fiz uma reserva com a sixt através de uma empresa parceira, de programa de pontos. Recebi o email de confirmação da reserva da Sixt, ao chegar no local no dia da reserva, me informaram que não tinham carro da categoria alugada mais disponível, e queriam me cobrar upgrade para pegar algum dos veículos disponível. Como eu não concordei em pagar o upgrade, nao resolveram meu problema e não me forneceram nenhum carro, fizeram total descaso. Ao entrar em contato com a empresa parceira, eles me informaram que consta que eu retirei o veiculo. Absurdo! A lei é clara, quando não houver veiculo reservado disponível, a empresa tem que fornecer outro sem custos. (A terrible experience! I made a reservation with Sixt through a partner company as part of a loyalty points program. I received a reservation confirmation email from Sixt, but upon arriving at the location on the day of the booking, I was informed that no cars in the reserved category were available. They then attempted to charge me an upgrade fee to rent one of the vehicles they *did* have available. Since I refused to pay for the upgrade, they failed to resolve my issue and did not provide me with any car whatsoever, treating the situation with complete indifference. When I contacted the partner company, they informed me that their records indicated I had actually picked up the vehicle. It is absurd! The law is clear: if the reserved vehicle is unavailable, the company is required to provide a substitute at no additional cost.

  We rented car in Fort Lauderdale. Pick up in local office and returned in the airport. We scheduled BMW 530 but unfortunately they didn’t have the car so they substituted it with BMW 430 convertible. It was very nice drive. We had great pleasure to ride along A1A with top down.

  If I could give a zero, I would this place is a total scam. If you do not purchase their insurance, they will find a way to charge you money with no proof or reason. There are no before pictures taken of vehicles prior and we were charged $600 for damages that we did not make to a car with no proof required.

  Linda was great ! They’re reasonably priced & have a great selection. They make renting easy, pricing is simple and upfront. Definitely will be renting again in the future. Check out was also super easy & convenient !
