- MDMauricio Dezayas2 days ago5.0If you have an Evinrude engine that needs work, don’t repower your boat until you have visit Dan. Please don’t. I dropped off my 2015 Etec 250 Gen 1 at their shop and the whole process was made simple and easy. Very very family driven, the process was made smooth and pricing was perfect. Don’t believe the nonsense the keeping an Evinrude engine is very expensive. The way they left my engine I would place it against any 4 Stroke engine currently on the market. The engine gets me on plane smoother than before, less noisy, drastically reduced smoke and smell from the 2 stroke. My original issue was over heating. I’m telling you Dan and his people is the way to freaking go.

There very professional, polite thorough, detail oriented and very fair on prices. I will not go anywhere else. I had my hydraulic steering done here and also had my boat bottom painted. And other work done to my boat. They are the best !!

He fixed some serious hydraulic steering and autopilot issues on my classic Grady White that were created by sloppy, haphazard workmanship at another Marina. I VERY highly recommend Dan and Reel Loco if you are looking for a businessman who is an honest straight shooter, offering quality workmanship.
