  So, I had accidentally arrived after the pickup time because my partner booked our reservation for 2:30pm instead of 4:00pm like we agreed. Unfortunately, the vehicle I originally reserved was no longer available by the time I got there. Even though I was understandably disappointed (and frustrated with the situation), the manager was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He and his team went above and beyond to help us find a fantastic alternative vehicle that ended up working out great AND better on gas. They were professional, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. The pickup process was smooth, and returning the vehicle was even easier. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you SO MUCH to the manager and the entire team for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be renting from this location again!

  This was the worst experience I’ve had here. Geico arranged the car for me through this location; they took my credit card during check-in and pushed extra insurance and an upgrade on me. $351 Terrible experience and service.

  I had a great experience at Enterprise with Frankie Aversa. While my car was at a close by Body Shop, I needed a car for 3 days for my commute. One thing I need to point out is that I reserved a Compact car through the app which was the same price as the Economy car, but when I arrived, I was told I had to pay extra to get the Compact car, so I just downgraded to the economy car, since I just needed a transportation for work, but everything turned out great. The Mitsubishi Mirage I got was great with gas, averaging at about 41mpg, which was great especially nowadays. I will definitely reach out to Enterprise for any future rentals!

  I'm a little late with my review because I was waiting on an email or text, with some type of survey but I guess they don't send them anymore? However I have used this same location (Pompano Beach off Powerline Rd and Copans) for my latest rentals. This has been one of the best team of associates that I have done business with in years. Even the guy cleaning the vehicles up in the back, doing the drop offs and pick-ups. Everyone has shown great hospitality. Last but not least, Juan is the best! He greets you as you enter the building and if there's a wait to be helped, he will inform you of the wait time or around about. He has the best customer service manners and go above and beyond to make sure you get into a vehicle and comfortable with it. I will definitely refer friends and family, as well as return back for service, if needed again. Enterprise needs more associates/ managers in more locations like this one.
