  Two weeks ago I tried extending my rental because my car is still in the shop. Kia, the manager, insisted on a $300 deposit since my insurance coverage was ending today. I called a different Enterprise branch, and they easily accommodated me for only $50 deposit and offered a cheaper car to save me money since that was my goal. Miss Kia also put me on hold for 5 minutes yesterday and never called back or instructed another colleague to call me back if she was too busy. Poor communication and zero effort to retain customers at this location.

  Vanes Valiere was my contact. He is the best. He didn't charge me the extra day when I was late with the drop off and he was able to drop me off at trirail saving me the Uber ride. Thanks Enterprise.

  Enterprise chaged?!? I mean they weren't bad but now it's like they treat you like you are their number 1 customer. I was able to make a reservation for my rental car online with a discount code that was automatic when you create an account. I didn't have to give my credit card right then and there like most places and I wasn't charged until I picked up AND meant that I can cancel at anytime with zero cancelation fee. You have no idea how many times I have reserved a rental but plans changed and was stuck paying for a rental while it sat in my driveway. That right there is what separates them from Sixt and other places. I received a confirmation email, text and phone call. Was able to enter my driver's license info to make it take less time when I arrived to pick up the rental. When I walked up to the front door, Brian opened the door and greeted me. I first thought he was trying to exit but said nope, just opening the door for you. Took literally 4 minutes for me to get checked in and my car brought up. CRAZY FAST! Scott was already walking around my newly cleaned rental and going over rental policies and insurance. The day to return, I had last minute changes to my rental and wasn't sure if I needed an additional day. Because I changed my mind twice, Brian and Scott both gave me options so I knew what I could do depending on my outcome. Returning was even faster than picking up and again Scott and Brian were there to help. Very professional, knowledgeable, patient, customer oriented and made me feel like I was the only customer. As you can tell by this super long review, I was very happy.

  Good, experience. The car I rented was nice and cheap for the amount of days I had it. The employee Van was great, nice and quick with the check in and out process to get the vehicle.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location in Lighthouse Point. It was pretty busy while I was there, but I was genuinely impressed by how kind, patient, and professional Vanis and Scott were with every customer who came through the door. That level of customer service feels rare these days. I was especially anxious when I arrived, and Vanis and Scott immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly understanding, reassuring, and helped turn what I thought would be a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Their kindness and professionalism gave me real peace of mind, and I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. Vanis and Scott are true assets to Enterprise, and they are a big reason why I would totally rent from this location again (probably only this one if I have th choice) . Thank you both for your patience, compassion, and outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate the way you treated me, and I hope you're both still there the next time I need a rental! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
