  This is the best Enterprise I have ever been to! Kia is an amazing person, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They truly made me feel valued and took great care of me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this location! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I have used this brach a few time, great customer service, vehicle was very clean with a full gas tank, clear pricing and no hidden fees, great service overall.

  I will not be using this Enterprise location again. On Friday 7/17, I rented a car that was given to me on EMPTY, so I immediately filled the tank myself. As soon as I drove away, multiple warning lights came on, the horn was not functioning properly, and it was clear the car had not been properly maintained or was safe to drive. I brought it back the very next day and spoke to Brian, the manager at the time, who acknowledged the issue and told me I would receive a fuel credit for the full tank of gas as he helped me swap vehicles. I returned the replacement car on Friday evening 7/24 and spoke with Bryan, who again assured me the amount would be adjusted to include the $46.15 fuel credit. When the rental charge posted on Tuesday, there was—of course—no credit. I called and was then told that Bryan ‘no longer works for the company.’ I stopped by in person and spoke with Kia, who said there were no notes on my account at all and that she would ‘forward it to accounting.’ I called again this morning, and after the representative asked Kia about the status, I was told that it had been sent to accounting, they are ‘very backed up,’ and that IF APPROVED it could take another 5–7 business days. At this point, it is clear this location does not keep to its word and does not properly document anything they promise. This has been a complete waste of my time and energy over a simple fuel credit I was repeatedly told I would receive. Horrible service, zero accountability, and very unprofessional. I highly do not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone.
