  Enterprise rental car is terrible. I got my car a Hyundai it was dirty actually filthy. Stains and interior was greasy. It smelled in there. I had to clean it myself. There was no windshield washing fluid and the rear passenger side tire was low on air. Had to fill it with air twice. I endured not complaining then I had used the expressway and had $3.95 in tolls, but they added a 29.95 fee on top of that. Worst experience I've ever had. Don't use Enterprise.

  Very good service. Kaden was very attentive, polite, and professional. The van was clean and in good condition. Overall, it was a great experience.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We reserved a car with Enterprise two months in advance for an out‑of‑state medical trip for our 5‑year‑old. When we arrived, they told us they had no car, and then tried to blame it on having an “international number” for me, even though I reserved with a 954 area code. That excuse was ridiculous and completely false. Because of their failure, we had to book another rental last‑minute and pay double the price. The stress, the financial hit, and the complete lack of accountability made me sick to my stomach. This wasn’t a vacation. This was a medical trip for a child. Enterprise showed zero reliability, zero communication, and zero care. I strongly warn anyone: do not trust this location with anything important.

  My experience with Enterprise has been excellent from start to finish. I originally came in because my vehicle had an oil leak, and the entire team made the rental process easy, professional, and stress-free. What stood out to me most was not just the customer service, but the quality of the people Enterprise has on its team. Whoever is responsible for recruiting and hiring deserves recognition. The staff demonstrated professionalism, patience, problem-solving skills, and genuine care for customers. It is clear that Enterprise does an exceptional job identifying individuals with strong character and placing them in positions where they can succeed in customer service and sales. I have had my rental for over a month and needed assistance with extensions along the way. Every interaction was handled with courtesy and efficiency, making what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to manage. Thank you to the entire Enterprise team for your commitment to customer care. Your hiring and training process is clearly producing a team that represents the company well. Keep up the great work Mr Jyln!

  I had a safety issue with vehicle. horn not working, the vehicle was rented from a different location. The pompano enterprise location was very unfriendly and not helpful at all, they did not care It was not their issue. They made it very clear to me and my family. They kept pushing us off to the airport with a serious safety issue the vehicle horn not working wanting me to drive more in a very busy area. I've rented from enterprise rental car for years and have never had such disgraceful service in such a huge safety issue , they show no empathy or care.
