The vehicle was older than I expected, didn’t drive very smoothly, and could have been cleaner. However, what really stood out to me was the customer service. When I returned the car, Dimitri genuinely wanted to know about my experience and asked what he could do to make it right. I jokingly said, “How about 20% off?” and, to my surprise, he made it happen without hesitation. That level of customer service is rare these days. Instead of making excuses, Dimitri listened, cared about my experience, and found a fair solution that left me feeling valued as a customer. Because of that, I would absolutely rent from this location again. Great management and excellent customer service can turn an average experience into a loyal customer. Thank you, Dimitri!

Colby was very understanding and we received back our deposit as they said only problem we had was with Jacob who put the protection on there that we did not ask for so we were charged $195 that we were not aware of other than that everything was fine
