  we are a commercial company that used to do business with curse n cool. we are a women owned company and have been taken advantage by them many times after seeing the invoices that my female boss paid. the final straw was they quote us for work on a vehicle of about $2,500 but i knew that was the unsuspecting female price they gave to my boss. the parts they quoted about $1,100 and the rest labor. got all the same parts from chevy and were less than $500 and the total job that they quoted $2,500 was done at a reputable shop that has been in business for over 30 years for $973.00. Over 50% marked to a women on parts and labor. we also had issues with them saying them repaired things that they did not and not repairing thing we asked them to repair and charged for those repairs that were not done. rich was our main point of contact and he can blow some smoke boy. had a truck there for a 1-2 day job. over a week later i call they didn't know why the truck is there and what needed to be done to it. we dropped it off to them after doing there own diagnostics and was never touched. called after a week they had no clue why it was there. then had to wait another 3 days. rich in one of his post defending his company says general schwartzcough had custom a/c installed there. no one cares and the man has been dead for 14 years. how is that even relevant to someone review????? was that meant to impress someone???

  Honestly, Cruise N' Cool Automotive, Diesel & Fleet Repair has been a game changer for us. They manage our entire fleet and take a ton of stress off our plate. Everything just runs smoother knowing they’re on it. They’re reliable, quick to respond, and always keep us in the loop. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust with this level of consistency, but they really deliver. Easy 5 stars.

  By far best shop I have ever been, Angela at the front desk and mechanic team couldnt be better to work with. They explain the issues, break down the repair and are fair all around. Would highly reccomend!
