  I had a really bad day and stopped by AutoZone because I had low tire pressure. Even though filling tires isn’t a service they normally provide, Carlos took the time to help me anyway, completely free of charge. He was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me out. Small acts of kindness like that can make a huge difference, and Carlos definitely turned my day around. If you need help at AutoZone, I highly recommend asking for Carlos. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

  Dominique was very sweet, patient, helpful, and knowledqeable. During my time in the store I noticed that she warmly greeted ever customer that walked through the door. She helped me get the right oil for my car, washer fluid, coolant, and helped me look over diagnostic devices. I would 1000% nominate her for any employee recognition program you have that acknowledges such great service.

  Michael H was very helpful! My car battery went out within the warranty period. He helped me to swap out the battery and run some other tests to ensure there were no other problems. He took the time to explain what he was doing, I appreciated it a lot.

  Dominique, Deborah, and Carlos aren’t just great employees; they are truly wonderful people. A few days ago after dropping my children off at summer camp, my car battery died. A kind stranger used a portable device to give me a jump. I initially went to another company to purchase a battery. I stood in line for almost 15 minutes without any assistance before deciding to leave. Thankfully, I then went to Autozone. Dominique, Deborah, and Carlos assisted me. They immediately took the time to figure out what I needed and installed my new battery. I was able to get out in a timely manner with the comfort of knowing I was not going to get stuck on the road. They were so genuine, helpful, and kind at a time when I was feeling stressed. I highly recommend this location and if you come across either one of these employees, you will not be disappointed. Autozone is fortunate to have such amazing employees like this.

  The store manager Deborah helped me with my problems, picked my mind on what she thought the issue might be, and also helped me gather a solution to my car problem. I really like this store and look forward to coming back if I need to buy anything or assistance with my knowledge. Thank you autozone!!!!!
