  I had a nail in my tire came by there they all they wanna do is replace the tire not to patch it I went to Kingdom. They got me taken care of.

  Went here a while back when I ordered new tires off Amazon and asked them to give me an alignment, I clearly had an issue with my suspension and I knew that at the time but I just wanted to see if they thought anything of it and if they were worth going to for my other cars. They came back and said they aligned my truck and it still was clearly off with the wheel kinda kicked out at the bottom , they didn’t say anything was wrong. So I walked the guy out, showed him the issue I had, and 1 hour later he called me saying they did another alignment. The truck was still off and the wheel still kicked out at the bottom, they didn’t suggest anything or tell me the real issue, so I ended up overhauling my suspension myself. The entire time I just needed to replace my driver side upper control arm but it’s not like anyone here knew a thing about it or cared to fix my issue. In short, you’re better off just going to any of the other tire shops in plant city, these guys are a joke. Any worthwhile shop would tell you what your issue is instead of making you pay for a service that won’t fix your problem.

  I went in for a wheel alignment because my car was steering to the left while on the highway and I came to Tire Choice on Saturday but I guess they don’t check when they do an alignment because my car is still doing the same thing like if I never went in for the alignment at all. It is still steering towards the left so now I am just going to deal with this until I can go somewhere and hopefully they know how to check their work. Paid $160 for basically nothing at all 😔 The old guy at the front desk was also rude and had some attitude with me just wished they trained their employees to talk to customers, wouldn’t they want to attract more customers or keep them coming back?
