Made an appointment previous days to just get a nail removed at 9am on a Thursday.Took off work Get there 8:45am ask me if I was dropping it off I said no just need a nail removed as it’s a package with the tires when you buy them. He said ohh there’s 10 people in front of you could not give me a time frame could not call me when it got close to my turn. Don’t have an appointment system if your not going follow it really 10 people in front of me when your just starting the day worst experience ever. Them they say of we partnered with the people next door but can’t tell me if there is a line get there and they tell me sorry we got 5-6 people in front of you and can’t give you a time went down the road to tired plus they had as much cars in the lot if not more and get me in out in 30 min
