  Upon my arrival I was greeted by all the staff. They were all very friendly and courteous. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. The minivan I rented was really great and for a 2 day rental, you cannot complain about the cost. I will definitely be using Plant City Enterprise for any future vehicle rental needs.

  I cannot say enough about this location.. right when we walked in they were professional and helped us get into a rental quickly after a car accident. Car was clean and gassed up. When we returned it, they were quick to get us in and and out. The topper.. we left $600 cash in the glove compartment by mistake and 5 days later realized it. They had already called and left us a message 20 minutes after we returned it but somehow it was missed. Just went up to the location and they put it in the safe for us! Grateful for the service but even more grateful for the honesty and ethics this team has. Will always recommend this location over any other.

  My experience with Enterprise has always been pleasant, and that is with any of the locations I've visited. Was just in an accident car was waiting for me, staff was very courteous, Plant, City Florida location.

  We had a FANTASTIC experience at this Enterprise location in Plant City while we were supplied a rental when our truck was in the shop. The staff was very courteous, especially DEBO, who was so helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He represented Enterprise in such an outstanding way! Thank you Debo!

  They are very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! This is how I received my “premium” vehicle, DIRTY. Was in a time crunch so husband went to do the paperwork about 30 minutes early, they said vehicle wasn’t ready yet that it was getting “an oil change” okay understandable we are a few minutes early, doesn’t make sense why they will do an oil change last minute but okay. When he went back to get the vehicle they gave him the WRONG vehicle, he didn’t notice till he got home and I told him, he then called and told them and confirm if our actual vehicle was there and ready and they said YES, we live like 4 minutes away so I’m sure they weren’t expecting him to get there that fast, when he arrived he seen “our ready vehicle” that they claimed was “ready”, getting washed. He then got home showed me the vehicle only to see dirt, dog hairs, trash, just dirty all around from outside to inside. Completely unacceptable for it being “ready” and PAYING PREMIUM PRICE. I called to tell them our vehicle was dirty asked why was it getting washed if our vehicle was supposed to of been ready at a set time, the guy was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL took ZERO accountability or acknowledgement, he just put the blame on me because he said it was because we were on a time crunch and they weren’t able to clean it good, that’s when I said that it didn’t matter if I was in a time crunch our vehicle had a set time to be ready and it wasn’t, he said then said I had “an attitude”, an attitude? For what? Stating facts?!?! He said our only solution was for us to drop it off and have them clean it, like what?! It was scheduled to be picked up at a certain time there is no excuse for this, no excuse for it not to be clean and ready, the guy said he wasn’t going to go back and forth and HUNG UP. There was no going back and forth, all he needed to do was take accountability instead of getting mad at me. I called back and of course they did not answer the phone, they knew it was me. If you are looking for good customer service and a reliable vehicle this is NOT it, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
