  Wish I could give negative 10 stars, it was THAT bad. I reserved a large SUV 3 weeks ago. Went to pick it up and of course it was not there. Employee said it had been recalled that morning. Extremely dismissive and indifferent. I asked why I had not been informed before driving over there and the reply was "oh well, too bad, that's how it is" He then said I might be able to get a minivan instead (which would have been less than ideal) but then immediately said "well you're gonna complain anyways so I ain't giving you no car so you can leave now". I was obviously pretty surprised with his tone, so I walked outside and called customer service. They transferred my reservation to the Lakeland office on Memorial and the guys there took care of it and got me another vehicle. GREAT group of guys over there, a night and day difference. The "man" at the Plant City office was definitely the rudest, most unprofessional, and confrontational person I have encountered in quite some time. And that's saying something. Enterprise should be embarrassed to have this person representing their company. Absolutely horrible...

  Great service from Tiwan. After a minor hiccup, Tiwan took care of things and got me taken care of. Highly recommend this enterprise location if you need a rental, great job!

  I had a great experience with this Enterprise in Plant City. This was my second time going to this location and will always be my go-to for rentals. I live in Lakeland, which we have quite a few locations over here but none compare to this one. The staff was polite, quick, and made pickup easy with my reservation, it took less then 10 mins. They even offered two vehicle options to fit my needs. Pricing was fair, and the return process was just as smooth. The team member that helped with the drop off checked in about my trip and asked for feedback, good or bad, which was great! The member that helped when I picked up was also there and checked in to make sure I had a great trip and if I liked the vehicle I chose (its was the one he recommended). Overall, fast, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. 10/10 their higher ups should be proud of this crew!

  well. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. The pickup and return processes were quick and easy, which made the entire experience even better. What stood out most was the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive that level of service. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a dependable rental car company. Great vehicles, great people, and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely rent from Enterprise again!
