  Great wash and helpful team of employees. The facilities are kept very clean, and the open tunnel design makes the process bright and clear as to what each step is doing and how it works (as can be seen by the great photos the business has posted up here). The vacuums work well and they have the pressurized air feature for addressing any water beads in the door frame, and it’s great for getting dust in hard to reach places inside the vehicle. They also have 2 vehicle mat washers that work like a charm, so not just vacuumed clean, but washed and dried in a matter of a minute. They give you a shammy and other great stuff when you sign up for a membership which is a great perk. I love that they keep cars flowing through so whenever I go, I don’t have to wait. Managing the account info is easy to do as well. You can have staff help you or use their app. Just make sure to have your windows all the way up before you enter the building of the wash (something I was not used to at my last car wash) so you don’t make a dunce of yourself like I did when I had to sit there being misted as my car window took its sweet time rolling up. 😅 Of all the car washes I’ve seen and tried in the St. Pete area, this one seemed the best quality, and I’m glad I signed up for the membership.

  I signed up for their membership and got the Works and I'm impressed and satisfied with the wash. This place is amazing with so much convenience from the app lane to the wash tunnel to the vacuum and detail area. I like that they have free spot dry towels too to get those areas the dry fans in the tunnel misses. This place is very modern and always moves forward in the future of car washes. One flaw I hope one day they'll change is have free on the spot fiber cloth towels in the vaccum area like some car washes have to dry your car in areas the tunnel missed but overall this location has it all. 😊

  I had a really great experience at Tommy Car Wash, it was actually the first time I’ve seen a car wash system like this. Your car goes onto a conveyor belt (like a moving track), and you don’t have to worry about positioning it perfectly or guiding it in, which makes the whole process super easy and convenient. Honestly, the washing experience itself is a 5/5 very smooth and impressive. About the vacuum area: I’d rate that about a 4/5. Some of the vacuums weren’t working, so I had to move my car twice just to clean all sides and the back. Also, the suction power is decent but not very strong, maybe around a 7/10. Overall, I really liked it and would definitely come back. The wash system alone makes it worth it!
