  Best service ever came for an oil change, turned out I was 2000 miles too early. They still proceeded to check all of my tires, cabin filters, wipers washer fluid. I have been coming here for years and will continue to because they always take the best care of my car, they have the nicest staff and I never feel like I’m getting gypped! Thank you OG

  I’ve been coming here forever and I was really nervous when it was taken over, but that was unfounded. This place still has the kindest, friendliest, most efficient people you’ll find anywhere. Every extra thing is offered with real assessment of how dire or when you really need it which is so appreciated as a car Luddite. Von and Brandon hooked me up this last time with fun and smiles, it’s a great spot with even better people.

  Who would of thought getting an oil change would be an enjoyable experience. I was impressed with the professional, caring, knowledgeable technicians. Von greeted me with a welcoming smile and was great at communicating what services I needed. Jerry was fast, efficient, and was friendly. Brandon was kind to check my cabin filter and air up my tires. I really felt like that they cared about my car and kerping me on the road safely. The customer service was beyond a five star. Thanks for a great oil change.

  I’ve been going to Grease Monkey for years, and I have to say, the team here continues to go above and beyond! My recent experience was especially exceptional because of District Manager Jose and Store Manager Brandon. Both of them took the time to genuinely help me, explain everything, and make sure I was taken care of. They went far beyond what was expected, and I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and effort they showed me. It’s not often that you find people who are willing to step up and actually make sure a customer feels valued. I’ve been a customer for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Jose and Brandon are a huge asset to Grease Monkey, and I hope their management knows just how much their dedication and customer service are appreciated.   I had an excellent experience here! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they found with my car. They checked much more than I’ve experienced at other oil change places, and I was actually surprised to learn that my car has a cabin air filter—I’ve had oil changes at several higher-end, much more expensive places and no one had ever mentioned it! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention they provided. I drive a high-mileage car, so I know an oil change is still just an oil change, but honestly, my car feels like it’s running smoother since I had it done. I really appreciate the thoroughness, honesty, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service without paying an outrageous price!
