  Obtaining vehicle and setting the agreement up was very friendly and professional . We were picked up to get vehicle and upon return we were driven to pick up our vehicle. Given instructions on operation of car and were very pleased with our time with Enterptise. Will gladly recommend this location to friends in need of a rental car. We were glad and pleased that we were given a vehicle to meet our elderly age needs. Many thanks.

  I rate Enterprise A+.My insurance company contacted Enterprise for me about a rental.It didn't take long,Izzy from Enterprise called,said they had a car for me.Izzy made it so easy.She did the paper work, handed me the keys, explained the operation of the car to my satisfaction.I really had a great experience.I will definitely do business with them again,and recommend to my family,and friends. Thanks

  Big shout-out to Ms. Lauren for going above and beyond. Was my experience perfect? No. The reason I didn't have a good experience was because of the chemicals they're using to clean and detail. Guys, they've left spots on the window. So when the AC is on in certain cars, even if you don't have it on the thermostat, it cools the window, which created a huge amount of white dots everywhere. So obviously, that was not a safe car to drive to a funeral. Ms. Lauren was alone and there were a few people that had been waiting. But she did the absolute best that she possibly could, considering she had to help everybody. She was polite, friendly, courteous, and got me another vehicle. When I came back today, my experience, because I had to wash that car as well. By the way, to the owner, I know you're shorthanded, and those guys came from the Tampa airport, but yeah, absolutely put some extra money into better cleaning products. When I asked for windshield wiper fluid to go in, he used the power wash. Not good, but that being said, she made everything correct. And when I came back, she made it right. It made it worth the experience of trying to get out the door, so thank you. So Ms. Lauren and by the way owner, when you're coming out-of-pocket for some better quality cleaning products, give her a raise. She deserves it. To the owner, i'm only leaving pictures. So you can see what i'm talking about.

  Easy and fast in and out. Excellent customer service and vehicle was really nice. We always rent from this location when we visit St Pete. If you have Progressive insurance you can get a good discount in the Progressive app.

  We have rented from Enterprise for a number of occasions at this location and had a less than favorable experience last week. We had reserved a large SUV a month in advance. We were called the morning of our reservation 45 minutes before we were going to pick up the vehicle (at 8:30 am) and told when it was turned back in the check engine light was on. Of course I wouldn't want a vehicle that might break down but the representative told us it would be probably 11am-12pm before they could find another one. I asked if one was available at St. Pete/Clearwater airport since it's a 20 minute drive. Izzy, our representative told us there was. My wife dropped me off at the airport but I had to call her when she was only 5 minutes away from being back at our house to tell her there was in fact not a vehicle available at St. Pete Clearwater and she was going to need to come back and pick me up. I contacted Izzy to let her know this but she had no explanation or assistance to offer. At this point we wasted an hour and a half of our time so we chose to take our own vehicle for the trip. I tried to contact their corporate office but sadly no one has bothered to contact me.
