Christian Jensen must be your top salesman. He has this inviting and funny personality that makes you feel relaxed when looking for a new car. We had been putting off our car shopping for more than a year just because we dreaded what we expected to be a high pressure environment. Upon arrival we were told the wait would be 2.5 hours. That seemed awfully long for an oil change that takes 10 minutes at Havoline. But I had recalls to check and accepted it would take longer than expected. Then we learned they don't have a shuttle and we would need to walk to the mall. We walked back after 3 hours and were told they hadn't even STARTED working on my car. It took another hour later for them to finish my oil change, and then were told it would take an ADDITIONAL 25 minutes to check ONE of the 3 recalls. 25 minutes turned into another HOUR. When they finally finished, they informed me in all that time they neither completed the recall checks nor washed the car. I paid a premium price even after the courtesy discount, they didn't complete the service, and I waited 4.5 hours for what amounted to an oil change. That's just ridiculous. Then I got back to my vehicle and my registration paperwork was on the floorboard. I open the glovebox, and they left a plastic wrapper piece of trash in there. Why on earth did someone think that was an acceptable way to treat my personal property? They also left papers on my dashboard that were trash. I would not recommend this location.
