  We had a great experience at Crown Kia, and our sales person Lace Simmons was exceptional. From sending us detailed videos of both vehicles we were considering before we ever even walked into the dealership, then explaining everything about each one once we arrived there, really made the difference in our decision to purchase. She was very patient with us as we were making the decision, and didn’t push us one way or the other, just offered assistance, and frankly put up with us changing our mind several times until we chose the perfect vehicle for my wife. Would definitely purchase from there again, and would choose to work with Lace Simmons again. All around great experience.

  After an 11-week repair, our vehicle is back in the shop again with the exact same dangerous problem. The car will suddenly shut off while driving, without warning, no matter where we are. The first time it happened was on Interstate 275, and the second time it happened on U.S. 19—both extremely busy and dangerous roads. This could have easily resulted in a serious accident. What concerns me even more was the response from the dealership. Instead of showing concern for our safety, we were told, "I'm going to go out to the car and it will start." That completely missed the point. The issue isn't whether it starts later—it's that it stops while being driven. My wife could have been seriously injured or worse. At this point, I have lost confidence in both the vehicle and Crown Kia's handling of this situation. We expected a dealership that promotes itself as a "family company" to put customer safety first. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. This matter will not end with this review. I will be consulting an attorney and will continue to share my experience so other consumers are aware of what we have gone through. If your vehicle is shutting off while driving, that is a serious safety concern that deserves immediate attention. I sincerely hope Crown Kia begins treating these situations with the urgency they deserve.

  I had an amazing experience and I have to give a special shoutout to Taylor Alvarez. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and that I was taken care of the whole time. Her communication, attention to detail, and customer service were honestly outstanding. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job. Employees like her deserve recognition because she made such a positive impression. Thank you again, Taylor you’re awesome and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others

  We are getting ready to grow our family within the next couple of weeks and were looking for a larger vehicle, since we previously had a Hyundai Elantra. We settled on a Kia Carnival and have loved it! When we walked in we were greeted by Kate (Kateryna) and worked with her our entire time. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants for the vehicle without trying to push us on upgrades we did not want or that did not fit our budget. If you are looking to purchase I would highly recommend Crown Kia and if you are able, ask for Kate. She was wonderful!!
