I’ve purchased several vehicles from the Crown Automotive Group over the years, including from Crown GMC, Crown Acura, and Crown Volvo. Since 2014, I’ve bought both personal and business vehicles from the group almost every year, and my experiences at those locations have consistently been positive. Unfortunately, my first experience with Crown Honda was completely different. The only reason I visited this location was because the specific vehicle I was interested in happened to be there. From the beginning, I mentioned that I was a returning Crown Automotive customer and had a long history with the company, but it did not seem to matter or make any difference in how I was treated. I had an appointment scheduled to view the vehicle and expected it to be properly inspected and prepared beforehand. Instead, the car was in extremely poor condition. Both side mirrors appeared to be held together with tape, the side marker lights were hanging loose, and the AC was not blowing cold air. I understand that used cars may have imperfections, but these were major issues that should have been addressed before the vehicle was shown to customers. What was even more disappointing was the way my concerns were handled by the staff and manager, Enver Bekric. Every concern I brought up was minimized or brushed aside with comments like “it’s a used car, things may not work.” That response was unacceptable considering the visible condition of the vehicle. The salesman repeatedly said he “wanted to earn my business,” but it felt rehearsed rather than genuine. I was very upfront from the beginning: I told them I was serious about purchasing a vehicle that same day, already had financing approval in place, and was also prepared to pay cash if needed. I made it clear what my budget was and that I did not want to waste anyone’s time because I understand salespeople work on commission. Unfortunately, it felt like my time was completely wasted instead. I drove out to see a vehicle that clearly had not been properly inspected or prepared for sale, and even after expressing interest in leasing or purchasing a brand-new vehicle instead, the level of attention and customer service remained poor. I wasn’t even properly shown the new vehicles or invited to sit inside and look at them. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below the standards I had previously experienced with other Crown Automotive dealerships. Even basic hospitality and customer courtesy were missing. At no point did the staff make any effort to make me feel welcomed or valued as a customer. They couldn’t even offer water to drink. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Crown Honda to anyone looking for a professional, customer-focused car-buying experience. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves the standards at this location.

I have used Crown Honda service for 5 years and this year I have had problems with the sticker that they put on the inside of your windshield after you get your car serviced. All my checks were green. I go by those stickers to make sure my care wear, and tear is in good shape, so when they are green, I assume they are good. This last month, I spent 850.00 on a battery, breaks, and rotors. All of these were checked green on my sticker, so I thought all was good. I emailed Matthew Gordon and have heard nothing from them. I find this horrible business, and unacceptable. _______________________________________________________________ Update: I have a review on here already, but I would like to semi-change my review, due to the fact that the dealership called me to let me know that they are sorry this took place, but machines aren't always accurate when checking the boxes on the car windshield and the colors can go from green, to red within 5000 miles of wear and tear on the brakes and rotors. But I am no mechanic.

Crown Honda, especially the service manager failed to complete a recall update on probably quite a few Prologues. The service department lacks in experience when it comes to software updates. And when you explain to them that the update is incomplete and how to complete it, they insult you then GHOST you. I tried several times to explain exactly how to make the update complete. That did not go well, even though I have decades of experience in computer programming, development, service repairs, etc. Corporate suggested I go to a more reliable dealership for this VERY IMPORTANT recall update. I followed their suggestion and went to a dealership down the street. They listened to my explanation and completely and properly performed the update. As a courtesy I contacted Crown Honda to explain how to complete the update, but was totally ignored. I wasn't trying to harass or insult them I was genuinely concerned about how many other owners were driving around without having their vehicles properly updated. So now I have a new dealership I trust.

The buying experience was wonderful! I was looking for a Civic Type R that had no mark-up over MSRP, which is hard to find. Submitted an inquiry in their website, and within 24 hours Chris Shejah reached out. From that point on, we began to build the deal! I informed Chris about my stipulation on not paying mark-up over MSRP and if the dealership could not accommodate, I would keep searching. To my surprise, Chris and John Acona (Sales Manager) made the deal happen, all over the phone! No fuzz, no back and forth, just straight to the deal how it should be! When I arrive at the dealership, Chris and John were ready to appraise my trade in, get me to financing, and driving off with my new vehicle. The dealership also accepted my personal bank of choice to finance the vehicle, with most dealerships making you have to submit credit applications with their preferred banks. That saved couple of inquiries on my credit. Claude in financing was friendly, and made the financing portion an easy step! Within 1 hour of arrival at the dealership, I was in and out! Impressive considering other dealerships have you spend 3-4 hours to finish the transaction and closing the deal. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and will continue to do business with! Again, thank you for a great experience Crown Honda!

Not a terrible dealer. But not as good as initially seemed. They play the car buying game via “lying by omission.” If you plan to buy a car from these folks, make sure you have a check list of all encompassing questions, because they aren’t disclosing anything voluntarily. For example, they did not disclose the true condition of the vehicle we purchased. My daughter and I arrived after a 4 hour drive to find a car riddled with paint defects, blemishes, scratches and dings. Makeup caked into every interior crevice, black marks on the headliner, baby seat marks in the leather, and marred up plastic trim. On a 2025, CPO car with only 15k miles. Looked like it spent its life in a grocery store parking lot or Hell’s Kitchen. I saw this stuff immediately. It was never disclosed during negotiation. It was barely acknowledged upon arrival. They even sent a walk around video with no mention. I thought the price was solid because they were an honest dealer who focused on volume rather than gouging. I was wrong. They also omitted financing options until I forced their hand. Started at 8.8% on a CPO, 2025, 15k miles. “Oh that’s the Wells Fargo rate, we don’t add any dealer reserve to that.” I suggested I’d co-sign, are their other options? “We just got one back from Honda at 8.5”. They B.S.’d me a whole quarter point. So generous. No other offers, no strategic suggestions, those were my options. So I applied to USAA and PNC. One came back with an approval at 5.29%. I call the finance department back to ask how they prefer funds to be delivered. “Oh wait, we have a local credit union that can get you 5.21%, how does that sound?” So you see, this dealer likes to lie by omission. The sales and finance people are friendly. Willing to work over internet and text. Seem totally honest and above board. Where other dealers are like, “the price is the price, we aren’t budging on our $2000 dealer fee, go pound sand.” This dealer appears to negotiate. And they did come down on their price to meet mine. They adjusted their fees to do it. But I arrived, saw the condition of the vehicle, and understood. We bought the car. I knew the cosmetics could be addressed. And they were, by my trusted detail shop, for another $600 in cleaning, buffing, and ceramic coat. There were flaws that could not be fixed though. If the vehicle wasn’t CPO with the low mileage it had, never would have bought it. The dealer did us dirty by omitting key facts about the deal. In both condition of the vehicle and financing options. Be wary. Photos: these are just a few photos of blemishes. The car was riddled with them. I gave up after the first few. There were white marks all over it. Some of the black marks were small dents that don’t show well in pics. The vehicle looked great at 10’. On the drive home my Daughter noticed makeup caked into the shifter plastic and in crevices and cracks all over the center console, she noted it as “gross”. This vehicle had a rough lease. I can tell you that. She’ll be well cared for now.
