  I had an amazing experience working with Jesus Pena Valecillos! From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car within my budget. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Thanks to his hard work, I drove away in the exact car I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier.   This is the best dealership I have been too (and it is 30 min from my house and there Palm Harbor Honda) I choose Crown because the are exceptional in customer service. On time, good follow up, take care of you with recalls etc . The service manager Matt Gordon, available helpful and makes sure you get taken care of. The systems were down and they stayed on top of things even in the dark. While I was waiting I perused the new cars and Jonathan Ortiz very low key (which I prefer) offered help and showed me the Passport, I love that car. So in the next 24 months when I trade in my car I will be back to see him. For me to take the time to Write this review is only because I find this dealership exceptional and would recommend them over the other Honda dealerships! Also Michele in service also helped me with some technology while I was waiting and I was not her customer!

  I just bought a Passport from JOEY SUTNICK and he was so patient while I test drove 4 different vehicles. The Honda lineup has awesome choices! I'd like to give a huge compliment to ENVER BEKRIC for steering me towards the Passport based on his personal experience with the vehicle. ENVER was instrumental in getting me a fair deal which I really appreciate. Im looking forward to a great relationship with Crown Honda. Big thank you to Joey, ENVER and Isabell.

  Tuve una excelente experiencia comprando mi carro con Fernando Rocha. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, profesional y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarme. Se tomó el tiempo de responder todas mis preguntas y hacer que todo el proceso fuera fácil y sin estrés. Me hizo sentir muy cómoda con mi compra y nunca me presionó para tomar una decisión.
