The first time we waited for 20 minutes for them to find someone and ended up walking out. Yesterday they seemed like they had no idea where anyone was so I said nevermind and walked out. Guess I’ll be shopping on Amazon again.

Ultimately, it amounts to a scam designed solely to lure customers in and put them through a miserable ordeal. Show some respect, honor your word, and take responsibility for your negotiations; do not mislead your customers. After all, if the purchase doesn't happen at your dealership, it will simply happen at another one. Be honest, and stop wasting people's time.
