  Omg this has been the worst from the switch over from travel camp to camping world. Thinking I would get top services NO I haven’t no calls backs about my unit,my unit has sat there and the tech gets fired. Managers get fired whole team switch and no call about my unit. This has been a mess. Trailer got worked on and it was all half assed.

  We went in just "looking". We mingled around without being bothered for awhile. Then Summer (Sales) came out and talked to us. She mentioned they had a used camper just come in that might be perfect for us. She was absolutely right! She is the BEST! We have been camping twice already and it is perfect!!! The whole experience here was effortless. The entire staff was friendly and great to work with. Joe and Josh handled the financing side, which went very easy. Barry walked us thru everything inside and out on the camper when we picked it up. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When we decide to upgrade, we will definitely come back here!!! I do wish the store had some fun items like I've seen in other Camping Worlds, like hot dog sticks, awning lights, that kind of thing. They do have all the necessary equipment in the store.

  We purchased our first camper in May. The experience was smooth and easy, from start to finish. Summer is the best!!! She is very knowledgeable about campers and camping. Joe and Josh in financing were easy to work with and the process was smooth. When we picked up our camper, Barry walked us thru EVERYTHING in such a way even the technical stuff was easy to understand, he didn't miss a thing. I highly recommend this location and the staff.

  My husband and I came into this Camping World in Pinellas Park to buy a RV.Not sure which we actually wanted to buy.. we were met with a young lady, Summer, who was exceptional.. We found a beautiful, 2024 Eddie power Heartland RV and are absolutely in love. We even had a transporter that was recommended to us. Mike was awesome, they even helped us move the things out of our trade in into the new one. I cannot say enough about this dealership from Joe, the manager, who dealt with us with respect and dignity and was just awesome. To listening to some of our stories in life lol we are seniors.. summer who was just like I said , phenomenal spent a lot of time out in the rv lot in this heat with us answered every question was very thorough and honest.. Berry the gentleman that's showed us our brand new RV.After they cleaned it up and made it pretty for us and answered ton of questions we needed to know about operating/ maintaining. the new rv..he spent over 2 hours with us.It was unbelievable in this heat outside.. We cannot say enough.\nAnd highly recommend this Camping World dealership,Beynons

  RUN — and save yourself the trip. I drove nearly two hours today from Venice, Florida, fully prepared to spend approximately $35,000 cash on a camper. Instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, not a single employee greeted us, acknowledged us, or offered assistance. We spent a significant amount of time walking through roughly 30 campers completely on our own in 94-degree heat. Many of the units were filthy, poorly maintained, and several had obvious broken or missing parts. After looking through the campers, we went inside and still received absolutely no acknowledgment from the sales staff or management. No greeting. No offer to answer questions. No offer of water despite the extreme heat. Nothing. The manager didn’t even bother to look up. The only reason we had any interaction with a salesperson, Vlad, was because a camper had been parked in front of our vehicle, preventing us from leaving, and we had to ask when it would be moved. I cannot understand how a dealership expects to sell RVs while completely ignoring customers who are ready and willing to buy. I arrived excited to make a purchase and left shocked by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and overall condition of the inventory. This dealership lost a serious buyer today, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
