  Came in to look at a camper, the salesperson showed us a coach, fell in love! Put down a deposit because we wanted it held but didn't want to finance it, we paid cash! So, through out the text thread, we came to an agreement of when we would be in buy the coach. Came in to do a walk-around for things to be explained to us because this is our first coach, Adam, from the service department, was exceptional. The microwave was supposed to be replaced, it was. The lights outside and a light inside was supposed to be fixed, they weren't. The washer/dryer combo was to be replaced, it wasn't. It's funny but not really, when you're trying to work a deal on a slightly older model and we are paying cash, they were up our butt and around the corner. As soon as the coach was purchased, crickets. Another location where we had to have the fifth wheel hitch installed in the truck, told us that this store was like that, you are their best friend until you make the purchase then they have no idea who you are. I'm glad that there are a thread of texts going between them and myself so I do have documentation, but I would never refer this location to anyone. We're still waiting on the exterior coach lights and I'm 100% positive that we will never receive them. The coach was held for us for 2 months while on the deposit, after that we came in and paid cash. We were told that the coach can sit there as long as we need and to give them a couple days heads up of when we wanted to do our walkthrough. When we went in there to pick the coach up, one of the managers tried biting my head off stating that they held the coach for several months. Little did he know which he should have, that we had paid for the coach a few months prior again in cash. I am grateful for the text app that they use to communicate with their customers because it's documentation. Adam, the service technician, did a wonderful job showing us things with the coach, but I think the sales staff should be more knowledgeable and should be able to explain everything, we didn't even know we had a sofa bed, lol!! The flush valve, THAT wasn't explained!! The license plate was held on by one screw! No explanation or apology for their failure is needed as it doesn't make up for the service that we received. "Un" happy camper.

  I have been RV ing for 35 years, and have never experienced such a well greased machine, of professionals and knowledgeable people under o e roof Summer was most incredibly patient low pressure sales experienced likable representative!! Spent countless hours with us !! Barry the orientation technician knows every Rv on the lot inside out !! All the finance & paperwork people truly are a team !! We dealt with at least 6 people and everyone there was so welcoming!! I would not hesitate to do business again and again 5 stars are not enough !!

  I was amazed how the sales process of this store is transparent. Josh, the store manager, and Vlad, the sales representative, were incredible during all my journey. You guys now have a client.
