The woman that was working with him is a different case. She was having a conversation with either her coworker or on the phone but she verbally out loud kept saying the N-word. I can tell it made her coworker who is a black man, very uncomfortable. That young man handled that situation very well and positively. Kudos to him. Will be back just to see Roy for any of my car issues.

I’m not much of a car savvy person but my A/c went out and it’s time to start learning how things work. I didn’t have tools so I was working on replacing my motor blower borrowing tools from this location and Raul came out to check on my every 15 minutes while I was struggling trying to figure out and after I got the old motor out the new one looked different and Raul took his time to figure out the specific part but couldn’t find the one that I originally had it kept recommending a different one. Shay came over and looked at both parts next to each other and educated me on the intake difference. I bought the part and installed it and even with the intake difference my A/c is working again. I’m Very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you Raul and thank you Shay!! You guys were great!
