    I’m going to post the last letter we sent to the GM of the dealership. Absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs. We are in the process of filing litigation against them. Dear Mr. Mobley, Thank you for your response. We appreciate your stated commitment to integrity and look forward to resolving this matter promptly. In response to your request for witness accounts and documentation, we are providing the following: WITNESS ACCOUNTS 1. Our daughter was present throughout the entire purchase process and directly heard AJ represent that the mileage overage would be negated as a condition of our agreement to proceed with the purchase. Her account is clear and unambiguous on this point. 2. My husband can confirm that during the purchase process, I contacted him multiple times by phone specifically to discuss whether to walk away from the deal if the mileage overage was not negated. The decision to proceed was made only after AJ confirmed that the overage would be resolved in our favor. DOCUMENTATION Our Verizon wireless account records show multiple calls placed from the dealership to my husband during the time of the transaction, which directly corroborate the timeline and the nature of those conversations. Regarding the Georgia Volvo dealer reference, we will provide that correspondence under separate cover. I have also had conversations with Volvo Finance and they have expressed that it is ultimately up to the dealership to pay the mileage overage fee’s etc. Those calls were made on a recorded line with Volvo Finance. Mr. Mobley, to be direct: we would not have proceeded with this purchase had AJ not made that representation. Our daughter heard it. My husband was consulted in real time because of it. The phone records confirm it. We trust that upon review of these facts, Centennial Volvo will honor the commitment that was made to us. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we will have no choice but to explore our legal options, including filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and the Better Business Bureau. We look forward to your prompt response.

    We have been returning customers at Volvo Pensacola for years, but this was by far our worst service experience. We made a 7:30 a.m. appointment to drop off our vehicle for routine maintenance. When we returned around noon to pick it up, we were told the service hadn’t even been started because we weren’t waiting in the lobby. If that’s the policy, what is the point of making an appointment? Our service advisor, David D., never explained this to us, and there was no communication about the delay. As loyal customers, this was extremely disappointing. The experience left us feeling like customers are not treated equally, and we are for sure not coming back.

    I found the vehicle I had been looking to find for over a year at this dealership. AJ, the sales representative, that assisted me was probably the most helpful and considerate person I have found in the business! The entire experience was amazing! I’ve never purchased a vehicle long distance - AJ went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of, all my questions answered and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and pleased with the process. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. AJ has followed up several times to ensure I am pleased with the vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend this business and their employees as great to work with in buying a vehicle!

    Dealing with their service department is unbelievably frustrating. This is is the second time I’ve had an issue with this dealership, but I called multiple times about getting the software update on my car. The website and app clearly states that the 5.1.9 update is workshop only and will not be available over the air. Both my fiance and I called and they were confused and ultimately not of any help. Today I went to the dealership in person to show them what I was talking about, only for nobody to be there to talk to me as they were on lunch. They finally called back and essentially argued with me about this update claiming it would be “over the air” which it is NOT. I tried to explain this multiple times and even showed them what the Volvo app says to no avail. I called the mobile dealership and they immediately knew what I was talking about and said they could do it no problem for $97. It’s unfortunate that I have to take my car an hour away to a different dealership, just for a software update, due to the incompetencey of Pensacola’s service department.

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I took my car in for a check engine light inspection, and also had my AC checked, but since the car was not making any noise or driving differently , I decided to take it to another mechanic due to the high prices quoted .Now after picking up my car , it’s driving differently and making noise, so I called them to asks what was wrong with my car and they told me to drive it for a few days and it should go back to normal , which I knew wasn’t true .
