  The lady that works there was wonderful help me out tremendously gave me a free valve stem and tire evaluation and didn’t try to rip me off

  Thank you sooo much Tire Kingdom for saving our Pensacola Beach trip!!!!! We are from Mississippi and had a tire blow out the night before we left back home. Thinking we could just change it that morning, we could not get the tire off, and it actually couldn’t be patched. Morgan instantly got to work when we arrived from the tow truck, and helped us find a solution within our means. Thank you tire kingdom, and shout out to MORGAN for being such a pleasure helping us get home safely and quickly since our trip was over!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a very good experience at tire kingdom! Brock and Karl was so patient with me, I had been back and forth up there trying to figure out why my car kept cutting off! They finally figure it out and fix the issue! Thanks alot guys yall are awesome!

  Karl came to the rescue when I got a a 5 inch bolt lodged into my tire during morning traffic today. I was dropping off kids, and was on my way to work and had no time for a tire emergency. From the looks of it, it couldn’t be repaired which was an unexpected moment that I wasn’t prepared for but Karl assured me that he could fix it. He walked me through the fix and the integrity of the tire. The education that he provided helped me to understand current and next steps for my tires. Efficient and courteous service in a moment that I needed it most.

  I took my car in to get new tires, and when I got my car back, I discovered that my exhaust had been damaged while it was in their care. What was even more concerning was that everyone seemed to have a rehearsed explanation ready rather than taking responsibility for what happened. I spoke with the manager, who refused to even provide me with his boss’s name when I asked. The entire experience left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. I brought my vehicle in expecting a routine tire service, and instead I was left with damage that was not there when I brought it in. I am simply asking that they take responsibility for the damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care and make this situation right by properly fixing my exhaust. I hope management will reconsider how this situation has been handled and do the right thing for their customer.
