  I had a nail in my tire around 5 PM and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed since they normally close at 6. Tire Kingdom on 9 Mile Road got me right in and took care of my truck tire without any hesitation! The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes! I really appreciate them taking care of me so close to closing time. Great customer service and a great experience all around. Highly recommend Tire Kingdom on 9 Mile Road!

  I was impressed by the speed of getting my tire repaired. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them for tires and services.

  During a road trip to my work out of state on a tight deadline, I found that my car had a possible battery problem. I managed to limp my car to Tire Kingdom, and, despite a garage full of vehicles already being worked on, Tire Kingdom listened to my situation and squeezed me in. Even though my car's type of battery was out of stock, they sent someone to get a new battery, got it installed, verified that the battery was working and that the rest of my car's electrical system was in good working order, and got me on my way. Their prompt response to my problem saved a tremendous amount of trouble from not being able to get to work. Really appreciative for the excellent customer service!

  Excellent service. How a tire shop should operate. Stopped in while losing air during a cross country trip. They had me back on the road within 10 minutes.

  I had an excellent experience at this Tire Kingdom location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping. While they were working on my Tesla, we had a great conversation about electric vehicles, and it was clear they were knowledgeable and experienced with them. I came in with a nail in my right rear tire, and they repaired it quickly and professionally. What impressed me most was that they knew exactly how to work on a Tesla—they used the proper jack pads and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly without risking damage to the vehicle. It's not always easy to find a tire shop that's familiar with Tesla, so that gave me a lot of confidence. When I mentioned that I'm in the military, they kindly offered to take care of the repair at no charge. I genuinely wanted to pay for the service because they earned it, but they politely refused. That level of generosity and appreciation meant a lot to me and is something I won't forget. Fast service, quality workmanship, and a team that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location, especially if you own a Tesla. I'll definitely be coming back for any future service.
