  Had a slow leak in my tire. Cedric had me in and out in no time. They were very professional. The waiting area had several TV's and comfortable seating. To my surprise when they had finished they handed me my keys and said no charge. Will come back here for all my tire needs and tell all my friends to do so also.

  You guys should be coming here and NOT firestone complete auto care on nine mile rd. Got 4 new tires on the car for the price of 2 because of a special they had at the time. They checked battery, spare tire, fluids, and brakes for free and the workers are really chill and were not trying to sell me on anything extra. The only thing extra I bought was the warranty for the free rotation and balance and tire fixes. They also did all of this for me at a cheaper price than firestone. Workers at this location are honest people.

  Been using this place for years. My wife and daughter got a screw in their tire when it was raining and I sent them over to get it fixed. They turned them away 20 minutes before closing and told them they should have called first. Sent them home on a flat tire during a rain storm. I’ll never use this business again.

  My family was on an 8 hour roadtrip when we had a tire go flat on the side of the highway. Roadside assistance sent us to Tire Kingdom to replace the tire, but by the time we had called, it was 10 minutes til closing. They told us to head over anyway. We arrived a bit past closing time, which is not an ideal situation of course, but they were extremely kind and understanding. They got us out in a fast manner but they also took the time to make sure everything was working properly without rushing. We were extremely grateful for their service as well as their positivity and willingness to help. The process overall was very smooth and positive despite the unfortunate situation. Shout out to Corey and John! Thank you both so much.

  This place is complete garbage. I scheduled an appointment five days in advance to get a tire patched. I show up wait 10 minutes for somebody to come to the counter to help me and then the guy is rude as heck and he unprofessionally and rudely tells me that they don’t even have any tire patches in stock and I asked why would you allow me to have an appointment five days in advance and he said the computer doesn’t know what stock I have in a nasty manner. So then I ask well do you see your schedule in the beginning of the day, why wouldn’t you call customers and say hey we can’t service your vehicle but can we reschedule and they have no answer for that, tough for me that I gotta drive down here for nothing just like the new world saying goes the customer is always wrong. I’ll sure as heck will never come back to this place kingdoms are meant to be toppled and this is not a tire kingdom. It’s a tire joke. Keep your horrible attitude and unorganized mess with those attitudes and ineptitude it seems like a blessing in disguise.
