  I made an appointment online for 8:30 in the morning.The day of the appointment they notified me that it would happen sometime between eight and noon. At quartic to 12 A technician called me and told me he wouldn't be making it. And wanted to know if I'd hang around all afternoon, waiting for him.

  Safelite was very quick and did a great job. Noah was my technician and he was fantastic. He explained everything and make sure I had no questions before he left. This is the second time I’ve used Safelite and I highly recommend.

  Making the appointment was very easy. Agent was flexible with timing and easy to adjust to my schedule. Technician Devon showed up at the exact appointed time. Installation and recalibration took less than 2 hours. He explained all that he did very professionally. He was courteous, and polite, and really knew his his job very well. I would recommend Safelite to all and would be a plus to have Devon as your technician / installer.

  I've had 3 windshields replaced over 7 or 8 years in 3 different vehicles by safelite. I was worried when I had to take my mercedes as it has the distronic plus system. They were able to program it with no issues and the system worked as advertised. My last one i had replaced was in a honda accord with adaptive cruise and lane keep. It took the tech about 2 hrs start to finish to remove, replace, and program the system. Their were 2 plastic clips that got broken on the splash guard. I told the tech not to worry about those they get brittle over time due to the heat from the engine. Outside of those clips he forgot to wipe the rear view mirror. Im not mad about that at all. It was a very hot flordia day. I'll be using their service again to replace the front windshield that they installed back in December of 2019 in my 06 escalade.

  Technician arrived at my home with wrong windshield- it was for a Lexus, not a LandRover. They had the right VIIN too. Not even close. I had to bring the Defender into their garage. They failed to calibrate rain sensors but gave me a nice certificate stating they did. Now I have to bring it in again. The last time (another incident) I replaced a windshield with safelite, they couldn’t calibrate it after several hours and gave up. I had to make a separate visit to the dealership. Very disappointing. I tried calling but voicemail routes me to go online. When I went online, it routed me a new windshield claim. The whole service is inefficient. On the plus side - I used OEM glass and it was done well with no broken clips that I have discovered yet. Update- they called today and replaced a sensor immediately. The truck is 100% again- good customer service follow up. .
