  The service is always excellent. I started using your service about 4 years ago after my retirement. My service manager, Marilyn, is absolutely fantastic as I have always used her 99.9%. If she is not there for some reason, your other service managers are always helpful. What I like especially about Marilyn is she always looks up and checks everything about my truck.

  I am a repeat customer of Pete Moore -trust them implicitly and am never disappointed. Rodney has gone out of his way four times now to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for. Each time, the deal we struck has been more than fair. Plus, the dealership is always clean and comes with smiling staff.

  I was just recently told by a service advisor at Pete Moore that cars really only are built to last 100k miles. Something to think about before dropping $70k on one. Also, I would highly recommend having whomever sells you an extended warranty, put in writing, the exact mileage the warranty will expire before committing to buy one. What we were told by Pete Moore imports and what was actually covered were two very different things. 4 different people that answered the phone when we called the service department all told us what we were told when we purchased the extended warranty but apparently all of those people were wrong when it came time to actually have the work performed.

  Always have friendly and supportive staff . I bought a new truck from them in 2024 after price shopping for weeks and they had everyone else beat by a lot wasn’t even close. Everything went so smoothly and professionally from the salesman to the finance guy who had me setup with financing in a matter of minutes and now the service department whom I’ve never had to wait for my appointment and never been pushed to do unneeded maintenance and in fact haven’t had to pay for anything yet and my truck now has over 47,000 miles. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They do what they say and do it well.

  Excellent service! My Service Advisor, Marilyn was kind, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of. I was told my service would take about 1 hour. In 1 hour and 1 minute it was done! Also, the cashier reminded me I had GM Reward points available to apply to my work statement which, after being applied, reduced my costs considerably. Another previous Chevrolet dealer’s Service Dept. failed to remind me of these points after an oil change. Pete Moore offered a very refreshing experience. Thank you!
