  1. My reservation indicated a Mid size SUV @ $408.59 2. I received a minivan for $569.13. 3. The vehicle lost Power Steering the second day. Your customer service options were to return it to the Pensacola Airport which was an hour away (in an unsafe vehicle!!!!!) or have it towed and I could ride back to the airport with the tow truck driver and receive a new car. 4. I was able to get it to the Foley Enterprise store for a swap and received a small car for the remainder of the trip.
