We love National! They have the best customer service by far! We rented a car at PNS. The staff was so nice. The agent recommended a comparable car and we loved it. When we dropped the car off the employee greeted us with a smile. Thank you National!

Heaven forbid you have any problems. Everyone is telling you to contact someone that can’t be contacted. Everyone sounds nice but had zero resolve. Was left stranded and just happened to find a car available at a near by Avis. And after not getting any info, they wouldn’t tell me where to have the car towed so had to pay them double what I would have paid on my own to have it towed. Couldn’t cancel the rental so had to pay for the extra days that I didn’t even use the car. Been using them for every trip for the last 5 years and after this will never use them again. And gonna take extra car to not use any of their partners either (example Enterprise) as they were no help either.

Employees were kind and efficient. Check in to pick up keys was in the garage which was even more convenient. Rented a Nissan, very clean and gas was full on pick up. Return - follow the signs / green line - in the last row in the garage. Return was easy and without hassle.

Hand’s Down, National is The Best Car Rental Agency. Due to an emergency I had to drive from Pensacola to Orlando as driving was quicker than flying. National made the changes and did not charge a drop off fee.
