  The line was a little long during the time we landed in Pensacola although I am part of emerald club, I feel like things could have been expedited a little bit from the app, but the experience still delivered. Our vehicle was in great condition and filled up full. Return was a good experience as well. Definitely better than Avis and those other guys. Will rent from again. A+

  Employees at the Pensacola site were great. Check out and check in were both quick. The exact vehicle requested was available and ready. Great selection of vehicles with low mileage and in great shape.

  Arrived this weekend at Pensacola airport to pick up a full size suv, upon first arrival it was a bit of a delay in picking up my vehicle, at first I was a bit annoyed with the customer service agents I was dealing with at that time, but ultimately I ended up getting a manger by the name of Blake, he did a fantastic job of rectifying the situation and ultimately having me leave a happy customer. I told him at that time, thank god for managers ! I highly recommend this location. Thank you for assisting Blake. I definitely look forward to visiting your location again!

  Your team did amazing both pick up and return. The car however had a slow leak in the rear right tire. I had to put air in the tire 2 times in 1 week. Your team addressed the issue when I returned the car and I very much appreciated them. Thank you.i will be a returning customer for the foreseeable future.
