    In 2023, I bought a brand-new Dodge Ram from another dealership. The truck had an intermittent problem, which caused a complete engine shutdown when approaching an intersection. It happened infrequently, but was a serious concern as it was a safety issue and hazardous. After failed attempts to diagnose the truck at the dealership I purchased the truck from, I came across Lee Brannon, the Service Manager at Hill-Kelly. Lee meticulously heard me describe the issues and then skillfully inquired about the circumstances leading up to the engine failures. He asked direct questions, probed the exact details of the events that triggered the engine failure, and agreed to work on the truck that was still under warranty. The truck was delivered to Hill-Kelly on May 20th. Mr. Brannon told me that Chris, his top technician, was assigned to my vehicle. He said Chris was the most knowledgeable person about my truck's issues, and they planned to perform computer diagnostics, physical inspections, road testing, and other tests to diagnose the issue(s) and resolve the problem(s). I also had the opportunity to speak with Carly, my assigned advisor. She, along with Lee, kept me updated on my vehicle's progress from day one! The team that Mr. Brannon assembled to address my truck's issues was on point, professional, and knowledgeable, and they kept me up to date on the status and progress throughout the process. Lee and Chris eventually wanted to try to reproduce the issue by road-testing the truck and duplicating the near-identical driving pattern that preceded the engine failures, to pinpoint the circumstances under which I experienced them at home. They asked probing questions on the duration of the trip, temperatures, road conditions, etc... In short, they left no stone unturned. My truck's issue(s) were indeed like trying to find a specific, particular, unique needle in a stack of needles!! Eventually, the service team at HILL-KELLY diagnosed the issues with my truck, promptly ordered the appropriate parts, and swiftly completed the labor to make my truck roadworthy! Coming from a Navy family, Dad, a retired Captain, brother, a retired Master Chief, and myself, a retired police administrator, I'd strongly encourage all service members to consider Hill-Kelly to fulfill their transportation needs! The service I received was incredible!

    They kept my vehicle for a week without any updates along the way. We called everyday with no answer or ability to leave a message. We finally decided to drive to dealership only for them to then advise that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Whike all of the required repairs were covered under warranty they should still provide updates/ETA so my family can plan accordingly.

    I found the exact Jeep Wrangler Rubicon I wanted online at Hill Kelly. I went to the dealership at met with Ryan. He thoroughly showed me the vehicle, making sure it was everything I wanted. Ryan was amazing to work with, he never tried to deter me another direction. Ryan took the time to work with finance to make sure I got what I wanted for the new vehicle as well as my trade in. Emily in finance was wonderful to work with, she made the process clear and simple. I’d also like to thank the service department. I bought this late in the afternoon on a Friday and they made sure my new running boards were installed prior to me taking delivery. This dealership is really wonderful to work with. Oh…the manager came out and made sure the process went well and, also gave me a great surprise gift for my new vehicle purchase on behalf of the dealership. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    This transaction was one of the best in SEVERAL years and I am so grateful. I had followed an ad on Facebook posted by Brinna and we communicated online for a few days. She was never overbearing or made me feel pressured, just kept in contact and allowed me to set the pace. Once in the showroom, her demeanor was the same. She was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and charismatic. When presented with a counter she negotiated and created a fair exchange.     I usually don’t post reviews, especially on car lots but this review is well deserved. I recently bought a 2018 Buick Encore with low mileage, about 2 weeks ago. I also purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle that does not take effect until 30 days. (typical warranty) Well my wife and I were out celebrating her birthday and the car started overheating. I called Hill Kelly Dodge to see about how I could go about getting it fixed. I was advised to set up an appointment with service department. I brought the car up there and after they ran a diagnosis on it, it was determined that the water pump was going out. They told me the part probably wouldn’t be in until Wednesday, but if they could get it done faster they would let me know. By the end of the day I had my vehicle back. Hill Kelly Dodge told me that since the warranty wouldn’t kick in until the beginning of next month that they would eat the cost. I have had some HORRIBLE experiences when buying cars, but this has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve had despite the hick up with the water pump. From my salesperson Mrs.Brinna to the finance Mgr. Mrs. Emily to the good folks at the service department. Kudos on a job well done. That is how every car lot should do business. (Mrs. Brinna even stayed late so I could come by and pick up my car because I live an hour away.) I will definitely recommend THIS dealership to anyone.
