Purchased a car site unseen. The videos from Isaac were of all the best angles. Was told car was in perfect shape. I could not get a hold of anyone at dealership while car was being picked up. During delivery, noticed many items not disclosed. I also spoke to my salesman that a burning smell was coming from the car. Front brake caliper was locked, a smell was coming from car I couldn’t pin point in garage. Well today we found out the issue, this car was never inspected! The sending unit for fuel has a crack in it. We already replaced the caliper, now we have to pay 18 hours labor to drop the fuel tank. Stay far far away! Thanks for the car hill Kelly! Really wanted to put 6,500 into it.

Worst experience ever. Brand new Ram and I can’t get a return phone call on numerous issues. They caused body damage to my vehicle when installing a bed liner. The sales manger Rusty, cussed and screamed at me when I complained about the damages. Service manger Frank called me and assured me he would take care of everything. I have been calling him for two weeks to schedule an appointment and no calls back. My salesman was fired the day after I purchased the vehicle. I called another Ram dealership for help and they told me they get complaints about Hill-Kelly almost daily. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!
Have called every day since posting and still no response from Frank or owner David. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Tried to call the Customer advocate that responded. It’s a different person than who the response came from. While talking to Susan, she said she had the big boss In her office and Claudia would handle everything. Spoke to Claudia, she said she would get to the bottom of it and get it fixed. Promised me a returned call in 20 minutes. Well guess what, she never called back either. Looks like Claudia is not as in charge as she tried to pretend. When I called Susan to ask why I received no response. She said nothing she can do and hung up. This place is the biggest scam and bunch of liars. Another dealership told me they get complaints and vehicles towed from Hill Kelly to them all the time to repair. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!

I have a 2021 gladiator with a lifetime warranty on the power train. The stop/go quit working and the light came on. We hated the thing anyways so didn't worry about it as long as it didn't affect it driving. I even asked a hill kelly service employee about it and said it shouldn't affect the truck operating. Well the gears started to not shift right until eventually it got stuck in first. So even though the power train wasn't working, the warranty didn't cover it. We had to pay almost $800 for the repairs. They said it was a fuse and wasn't considered part of the power train. Uh, hey dummy, when a component causes the power train to quit working, then it's a freaking power train issue! Duh! Now the same exact thing is happening again 8 months later! And the guy even said the last time, if it happens again, he'll get it covered. Do u think he's honoring that? No! "Well it's been repaired awhile" u call 8 months a good length of time for a repair that cost $800?

Michael at Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was extremely helpful during a stressful time dealing with replacing the transfer case on my Jeep. He was kind, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. It’s hard finding people who genuinely care and make you feel taken care of, but Michael definitely did. I really appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommend asking for him if you need help!
What a joke wanted to get a key for my ran called the parts department that guy said call service he transferred me there gave the lady my vin number and set an appointment fir sat morning go to the appointment and they don’t have a key in stock! What a joke no customer service what so ever wasting peoples time for no reason. Hope this helps lots of dealerships on that street I’d advise to go elsewhere
