  My husband and I purchased a 2026 RAM 1500 Warlock. We are very happy with our purchase. David was our salesman with the help of Ryan too. They both were excellent and pleasant to work with. Also Emily who was our financial officer was great. She made our experience so easy and great. I highly recommend Hill Kelly Dodge if you are thinking on purchasing a vehicle. They treat you like family the moment you step out of your vehicle.

  I bought a vehicle and got the protection plan that covers it for 100k miles and decided around 60k miles that I didnt want it anymore. They entitle you to a refund so I called on June 2nd, a lady had me submit paperwork and said I should get a check within 6 weeks. 6 weeks later I call back and they had no idea what I was talking about so I spoke with a different person named Rusty who said Im not entitled to a refund, I get a call back the next day and a very nice women named Tabatha explained he was wrong and I am indeed entitled to it and would submit the proper paperwork. Several more weeks go by and I call again and the same man, Rusty tries every way under the sun to tell me I wont get a refund. I ended up having to call MOPAR and canceling it through them and it is now mid August and I finally got my check. If you need to cancel a vehicle protection plan, go through MOPAR directly and dont listen to anything Rusty says, he doesnt know what he's talking about. Honorary mention: When I bought the vehicle its only had 30k miles on it and was in great condition, but I stupidly only tried the master window switch and only realized after I bought it that the passenger front switch/lock is broken so I took it to the dealership and the deductible was around $200 if I remember correctly...the part cost $22 on MOPARs website. I ended up just buying it myself and fixing it. Highly recommend doing a thorough check of the vehicle.

  I had such a great experience working with Brinna! She was incredibly helpful, listened to what I was looking for, and did everything I asked without ever making me feel pressured. The entire car-buying process was pleasant and easy, and I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car and will absolutely work with them again!

  Outstanding experience at Hill-Kelly. Worked with Brinna, and she was an awesome sales representative. Her communication was flawless, and the car buying experience seamless. The financial manager, Emily was personable and explained everything clearly as we moved through the process. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase. We highly recommend Hill-Kelly.
