  The van was ready and waiting for us. We just had to get in and go! A brand new Pacifica was a nice surprise. When we got back to the airport to return the van, it was also super quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

  I’ve had too many issues at Enterprise to count. Half of the time I reserve a truck from them, they do not end up having the truck I reserved and they do not inform me of this until I’ve wasted my day and planned my entire day / week around this truck rental and show up in the office. And they do this shamelessly like it’s normal. And they do not offer you anything in return for wasting your time. They only can compensate you if you’ve successfully rented a vehicle, meaning paid for it upon showing up for your reservation, which is the very thing they are making impossible. This time around, I rented from an airport location, inputted my age for the reservation, and when I show up, they tell me they can’t rent to me because of my age. One lady representative at the front even has the audacity to tell me that it’s my fault, even though I inputted my age FOR THE RESERVATION and IT QUOTED ME FOR THE YOUNG DRIVERS FEE. There was no confusion about my age. The manager at the airport front desk who apparently “is in charge of everything” inappropriately says “I don’t even know who you are”… (having seen my ID and confirmed my reservation) I respond, “I’m a customer attempting to pick up a vehicle I reserved, what else would you need to know about me?” They tell me they cannot help me and cannot offer anything for the trouble. I go to another location. Their attitude is that it’s not their problem it’s the other locations problem. Great company. Issues are met with apathy and no resolution.

  Im giving a 2 because Sue was nice and attentive! I reserved a vehícle for 06/12/2026 and the vechicle was not ready! Sue made sure to get me going within 15 mins! Well forward time to 06/15/2026 my husband left his wallet by accident in the vehicle he went there the car was there he was not allowed to look for it, he was asked for his number and they would call him. Nothing no call! I filed the proper report, called and sent email... NO RESPONSE!! My husband went by again 06/17/2026 and nothing was there! At least thats what he was told! But the wallet was on the side of the seat! All I needed was to get the cards and his passport i didnt care about the money in there!

  Customer service at PNS Airport location is abysmal. The return process for a one way rental took more time than picking up the car. The staff was rude, dismissive and expressed anger toward me for being upset that their process had failed. I had to wait in the same line as people renting a car to return a car. Anyone renting a car knows the process to obtain the car is usually much longer than simply dropping a car off. Even if the price is higher, I would pay more to avoid interaction with the current staff at the PNS airport location. They are not competent to manage and staff a rental car agency.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Enterprise Car Rental 4-8 June 2026! From the moment I booked my reservation online, everything was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free.
