Brandon was working by himself and the location was very busy. He went above and beyond to get us in a car that would be comfortable for my husband (who had just been in a motorcycle wreck). I am so appreciative of the wonderful customer service from Brandon. He even called the next day and asked how my husband was doing after the trip home. We had a great experience with Enterprise!
- TWTiger WilliamsMay 29, 20265.0Ashley the manager and Brandon were great to work with I have no complaints originally I rented a white 2025 Jeep compass I believe I mean the vehicle was great I'm just the trunk size wasn't big enough in for what I needed and I'm not a fan of leather seats so I drove it back and they gave me a 2025 Toyota RAV4 and oh my god that vehicle was so good I love it The whole process was really smooth I was literally in and out of there within 10 minutes I kid you not drop off was easy they were really great to work with I was complaining at first I was in a bad mood I was in a rush I had to leave they were very professional and they did everything I even had a flat tire cuz I ran over a nail they got me assisted after hours even got me a new tire I was fine with the donut but they said no and they sent me to pep boys and I got a new tire at no cost to me Ashley and Brandon are great I highly recommend going here
