  Pretty bad experience due to lack of communication at this location. Brandon told me over the phone that a car would be available for me to pick up but when I arrived, he wasn't there, and his coworker said they'd tried to find my number through call logs but couldn't reach me, so they gave the car to someone else. This is the smallest branch in Pensacola; calling a customer who's actively driving in shouldn't be that hard. Wasted trip and a disappointing experience.

  Had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the 9th Ave location in Pensacola. I booked a premium SUV months in advance and called multiple times leading up to my rental to confirm availability. Each time I was told something different first to call back, then that I might get a van instead (with a “discount”), and finally the day before, that they had neither SUVs nor vans available. On pickup day, I was told they had a vehicle, but it wasn’t ready. Then I was given a van that was dirty food under the seats, trash in the doors, and a bad smell. Staff blamed each other for the condition, and while one person tried to clean it, it should have never been presented that way. To make matters worse, after being told I’d get a discount for the downgrade, I was charged more for the van than the premium SUV I originally reserved. I did everything right on my end, but the lack of communication, preparation, and accountability was frustrating. This experience makes it hard to trust future reservations and is exactly why people are turning to options like Turo.

  Enterprise on 9th Ave is, hands down, the best location within 100 miles. I have been an enterprise customer for many years. While consistent negative experiences with another local branch drove me away from the company, I have returned and remained a loyal customer after discovering the 9th Ave. Some of the great staff has filtered out to other branch locations, and I am certain they are doing great things, but I have nothing but positive things to say about the 9th Ave location.

  Very professional went to the enterprise on 9th in pensacola, easy to work with didn't have the vehical I picked out so got upgraded at no extra charge.

  Worst Manager Ever The female manager at the 9th Avenue location in pensacola florida was an absolute rude and hateful person! Put my children in an unsafe vehicle and didnt even care. Told us to leave and she was not renting to us. Terrible customer service. This lady knew she did wrong therefore she refused to even give her name. She lied and said she left us a voicemail and she didnt. Worst experience ever. Stay away from this location unless you want to be treated like dirt by this female "manager"...not sure how she got that job. The 2 younger gentleman are way more qualified and polite than her. Will be calling management regarding this lady. She had an additional car and refused to rent it to us. Her employment should be terminated for her treatment to customers. Absolutely unacceptable.
