- SDS D3 days ago1.0Told to come here by National Roadside Assistance to exchange a rental due to a LOW engine oil warning light coming on (not service due light). They said the system shows an oil change was done recently and that meant nothing could be wrong. Well maybe that's the problem, maybe they forgot a quart. They went out and saw the light is off now. I know I told the guy on the phone it went off after sitting a minute. I also told him it happened on I10 after going 75 for 2.5 hours and has now been sitting for an hour while i tried to get it exchanged. I'm sure the oil that is in there settled. The light had just turned on and I parked, then called them immediately because I'm not getting blamed. in the end I left with the same rental that has low oil according to the car, and I have 12 hours of driving to go this week. 0/5 stars between them and national during this experience. When the rental place cares less about the condition of the vehicle you're driving than you do, it's time to change companies. Thank you for showing me how awful my experience would have been if I really needed help. I couldn't imagine sitting on the side of a road with a flat tire and you telling me the system says we just bought one....
