    Vehicle was clean , fueled and road ready when picked up . I certainly appreciate the no smoking policy , as it was nice not to have to smell cigarette odors while driving. Keep up the great job . The presentation of the vehicle and explanation of features were well appreciated . Your guys were very helpful and informative about the vehicle .

    Its hard to believe that Enterprise has been around so long and every time I go there its like the 1st day they've been in business. Guy at the counter was nice enough but your online team sets them up to fail. Make this guy look bad because your system is dumb. I would have quit just based on my experience. They obviously dont give a shit about their employees and we know customers are past. Windows in this car have never been cleaned. Smells. 51k is eternity for a rental. Not full. Surprised how 1990 it felt. I can confidently say enterprise has not invested 1 dollar into their spaces. When I tap paid, It took the agent to another dimension. Welcome to the future kid.
