  The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. The pricing was fair, especially considering I arrived without a reservation. I was also impressed by the wide selection of vehicles available to choose from. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and enjoyable to drive. The only issue was that it appeared to have been previously smoked in. It was clear that the detailing team had done everything they could to remove the odor, and as a non-smoker, it was not a significant concern for me since I only needed the vehicle for one day. However, I can understand how the lingering smell could be a deal breaker for some customers. I appreciate that the team immediately offered me the option to switch to another vehicle. Given my short rental period and the fact that I arrived less than an hour before closing without a reservation, I chose to keep the vehicle and was simply grateful that one was available. I rented the vehicle while my personal truck was in the shop for service. What really stood out was the excellent customer service after I returned the rental. The Enterprise team provided a courtesy ride back to the repair shop so I could pick up my truck, which was greatly appreciated and a perfect example of going above and beyond for their customers. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to rent from this Enterprise location again.

  I have been using this location a few times a yr for the last 4 years or so. Always a great experience, effortless, in and out with no issues. Dealt with Aj a couple of times, he's a cool cat, definitely recommend for your travel needs.

  Renting a van at Enterprise was a great experience. The check-in guy was quick and excellent. Took less than 10 minutes. Not a lot of paperwork. Check-out with “AJ” was seamless and took only 5 minutes. His professionalism was superb. I rented a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica van. It was comfortable and very spacious for the family.
