  Excellent service from Davis. After having body work done on my own car, his assistance with my rental was smooth and brought great relief. Grand Wagoneer was clean, and presentable. The service and care was truly outstanding at this Enterprise location.

  AWFUL experience. I had a last minute rental on 6/30/26 and arrived at 5:40 pm, I understand they close at 6…but it was unexpected to need the rental, and they still had 20 minutes left in their day to tend to customers. I walked in and got no attention for about 30 seconds, mind you 5 employees were in the main area talking and interacting with one another, but not acknowledging me walking in. I told them I had a warranty rental and I had $35/day max I could spend through the warranty program. When I asked what I could get for that, I was repeatedly asked “what are you wanting?” I said again I want what I can get for $35/day, whether that’s a coupe, sedan, smaller car, whatever it is. I was then told “I can promise you you’re not understanding me…” If you don’t want to help a client, then just say so. It was the worst customer service I have experienced. I’m very disappointed. Took my wallet and rented elsewhere.

  Stole $250 from me. Gave me a rental "free of charge" after i bought a car from them next door. Rental was for all the repairs they needed to do before sale. Now they screen my calls and hang up on me. Manager Brittany must be incompetent as she kept me on the phone to do the refund over a week ago. Corporate has been notified and still no refund. I wont do business with Enterprise ever again.

  Wifes car broke down sat morning had to tow to dealershiphad to walk to enterprise and everyone at the location sat morning and sunday afternoon were great I cant remember names exceopt AJ.He was very nice and helpful but the gentleman behind the counter made everything simple and easy.When I had to return it after buying a new car today sunday afternoon the lady behind counter was easy going and got my money back for thr days i didnt use the car.In and out smaybe 5 mins after walking in to return the car.I will definitley come back again if I need a ride thx guys and lady
