  Excellent, low pressure, way to buy a good car that you know has been well maintained. Prices were way better than at most of the other dealerships we found in town. I was even able to ask for a specific color of a vehicle once I settled on what I thought I wanted.

  Aaron is a phenomenal salesman!!! His customer service was above and beyond literally!!!! Like we didn’t close the deal until 12am. He was patient with me through the process. Without him and store manager this deal would have not been possible! They could have easily told I had to come back tomorrow. They patiently waited for everything to go through for me lord knows I couldn’t do another night of going without this suv in my drive way. This place is amazing. If you’re car shopping you definitely need to stop in this place. They will go the extra mile for you. I’m truly thankful and you will be too! You got to ask for Aaron for sure! He won’t let you down!! He’s THE MAN!!!! Thanks Aaron! Thanks to the Manager on duty!! Ty! Ty! Ty! Ty! Ty! and Thank You Again and Again!!!! God Bless!! Oh yea and picked out license plate my mom my first initials on the tag. The extra thought that shows the passion and drive these guys have to please and take care of customers!!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Pensacola, Florida. I am a serious buyer purchasing a 2026 Kia Sportage for my daughter. Before paying the required transfer fee, I called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle was still available. I spoke to a member of management and he assured me that it was. He even instructed the sales representative to send me a close-up video of the vehicle so I could see it before it was transferred. Based on those assurances, I submitted the transfer fee, took time off work, and was told the vehicle was essentially mine. I was informed that once the vehicle arrived, we would simply finalize the paperwork and complete the sale. To my complete shock and frustration, I later learned that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. This is completely unacceptable. If a customer has already paid the transfer fee and has been assured that the vehicle is theirs, the dealership should honor that commitment or, at the very least, communicate honestly before selling it to another buyer. Instead, I wasted my time, rearranged my work schedule, and trusted the dealership's word, only to be left without the vehicle that I had already invested time and money into securing. The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability throughout this process was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from Enterprise Car Sales. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve how they treat serious buyers because no customer should have to experience this level of frustration after being assured a vehicle was theirs.

  Kenny was responsive to texts, even after hours prior to purchase of the vehicle. He was the first one out to greet us as my son and I pulled into the lot, and he did his very best to take care of us and make everything understandable all through the purchasing process. I hate the car buying process (except for looking at cars, and driving off the lot), however Kenny made the entire process easy, welcoming, and explained all my options with caring and clarity. Overall, my experience with Enterprise Car Sales was Fantastic, and I will say that a lot of that was due to Kenny's attention to detail, Proffesionalism, and (as I had an event to get to) his efforts to expedite the process without sacrificing the necessities of ensuring I was completely apprised of the vehicle as well as the terms of the sale. Thank you Kenny for taking care of us!
