  This used to be a local, family owned marina that had nice facilities and was easy to work with. But, they sold out (twice now) and have gone corporate. Since then it has been a nightmare. The ship store has been under construction for nearly a year with no signs of it being completed any time soon (we were told it would be finished in March). The “ship store” is now just an old trailer. Bathrooms are also in a trailer and there are basically no amenities. I have witnessed people complain to management about all of the issues and they were told “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else”. Which is basically what I have been told as well. Most of the staff has been fired or left for different marinas. And they are also now trying to prevent any outside techs from coming to work on boats to force people into using their staff. I have been trying to hold out for better days, but I have about reached a breaking point because there is no end in sight to all of this. If you are looking for a place to keep your boat I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. Or heck, just go to the facility and look at it beforehand. It looks terrible and you will see exactly what I mean.
