I was referred by a friend and am so grateful for that, as I moved here recently and had no idea who to go to for some paint/bumper issues with my Mercedes. Travis was awesome, and very responsive. His son, even drove me home after I dropped my car off there. Best of all, they were VERY reasonable....I'm sure, way less than it would have been at the dealership. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon but if I do, I know where to go!

After being taken advantage of by another body shop that worked on my car multiple times and still couldn’t fix it properly, I was referred to Coastal Body Works. The customer service alone was so much better, and the quality of work was amazing, my vehicle was back to new. And then a few weeks ago, after my boyfriend was involved in an accident and insurance considered totaling my car, I reached out for a second opinion and Ronnie’s first question was, “Is he okay?” That meant alone meant a lot to me. He took the time to give me a second opinion on the vehicle and even helped me when dealing with the insurance company. He is super personable and compassionate. I will forever recommend Ronnie and this company. I would give 100 stars if I could.
