- LSL SharpAug 15, 20265.0Lisa, Tracy and Ronnie from Coastal Body Works were all so responsive and helpful when our vehicle was in a crash and needed repair. From the first time I called regarding getting the car towed to them, through completing a detailed estimate for the insurance company, they helped us navigate the whole insurance claims process and gave us great advice. They are very truthful, transparent, and honest. I definitely recommend them if you want a place that will treat your car like it’s their own.

I was told the car probably was not worth repairing, they replied NONSENSE. I thought it would take weeks, they replied LEAVE THE CAR WE'LL GET STARTED. I had no way to get home, they replied JUMP IN THAT TRUCK WE'LL DRIVE YOU HOME. They did EVERYTHING, appraisal, insurance, repairs. Car looks as good as new. I went from 'starting over' finding a car, insurance, monthly payments to...driving home!

I was referred by a friend and am so grateful for that, as I moved here recently and had no idea who to go to for some paint/bumper issues with my Mercedes. Travis was awesome, and very responsive. His son, even drove me home after I dropped my car off there. Best of all, they were VERY reasonable....I'm sure, way less than it would have been at the dealership. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon but if I do, I know where to go!
