  The lady Serena called me today about my membership and when I first went to the location, the lady told me that I was gonna be $12 a month for a Subscription which was great. Serena told me over the phone today that it was going to be $23.99 a month. So I asked her to cancel it and to send me a confirmation email. She told me that I did tap to pay in that tap to pay didn’t set you up for a subscription. Of course I didn’t take her word for it. I asked her to send me a confirmation email that I don’t actually have a membership. Well she never did.. so I go onto the website a couple hours later and look at that membership so I canceled it so we’ll see if I get charged again this month

NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! I have been trying to cancel the subscription since March 5, 2026. I checked again on March 8. April 12. I called corporate again on June 23 and was assuredvit had been canceled in April. Each time i cancel, I am rebilled. I have a record of logging in on March 5 and 8, 2026 to cancel.. I have moved and I cannot use a carwash 500 miles from my new home, therefore their services cannot be delivered. That seems like fraud to me I have canceled this membership every month, most recently on June 23. I have tried to delete my credit card from the site. They continue to bill me. I checked again today 3 minths later and they are showing my account as active when I canceled March 5, April 12. June 23. I do not know what I can do to get this to stop. I even went to the office in Alpharetta, GA when I was there. I should not be responsible for any charges from Caliber Carwash from March 5, 2026. They have always been rude, but they are dishonest too. When i disputed the charges, they submitted another customer's subscription. Better Business Bureau here I come!

  Went today in my white 2017 Lexus. Wasn’t really dirty but it’s new so wanted to try out the car wash, was talked into getting the subscription and was excited. Once I got home I noticed scratches and damages all over my new car. I read the reviews and I see that a lot of ppl say the manager is mean so I am just taking my L and going to pay for the damages next week to fix it. I am so sad I cannot go back and continue using this car wash after signing up and not sure how to cancel my new subscription 😭

  We are subscribers and in my opinion, one of the best car washes out there. Great pricing, and the graphene wash is the way to go. They also have a cool light show as you drive through.
