  recently used this car wash and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the wash, the equipment ripped the shark fin antenna off the roof of my car. I understand that accidents can happen, but this caused damage that should never occur during a routine car wash.i trusted this business to take care of my vehicle, and instead I left with an expensive repair. I hope management takes this seriously and inspects their equipment to prevent the same thing from happening to other customers. Very disappointed with my experience.

  Car is still dirty. High tech decals gone. No way to request refund or talk to a person on the phone

  Very unprofessional management. They’ve reportedly terminated employees after customers harassed them, which is unacceptable. When I recently visited, several staff members were sitting in their cars, and I had to request help multiple times before someone finally came to provide a replacement spray bottle. I’ve also heard from former employees that management has shown discriminatory behavior toward certain staff and prefers to maintain an all-white team.
