  I visited this car wash about a month ago and specifically requested the cheapest car wash option. I also made it clear that I did not want to sign up for a membership. About a month later, I was charged an additional $49 for a membership that I never knowingly enrolled in. When I contacted customer service, I was told someone would follow up with me within 72 hours. After those 72 hours passed without any communication, I reached out again and was informed that a manager still needed to review the situation. At this point, I have been trying to get a refund for over a week. I’ve spent extended periods on hold, including one call where I waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that an investigation was required before anything could be done. What is frustrating is that I was originally told I would receive a response within 72 hours, so it seems that review should have already taken place. I simply wanted a basic car wash and did not authorize a membership charge. The lack of communication, long wait times, and difficulty resolving this issue have made for a very disappointing customer experience.

  Today was my first time stopping in here and I can honestly say this will be my last time I don't appreciate being pushy on trying to buy a membership when you're not interested and you guys is vacuums are and very poor shape was not worth the price that I paid.

  My car always looks good, and they provide everything to clean it with. It’s always someone there to greet you, and also a clean establishment. This is why I only get my car wash at Aqua

  Rolled in for a wash and vacuum. Every vacuum in the place was down. I asked the clerk and he said he’d look at it. Waited a few minutes and asked again: no one knew how to work the system and they were trying to call someone. This used to be a decent place to go, not anymore
