  Best car wash in town. I finally got the membership only because the customer service was excellent yesterday. Livi was very friendly and helped me make my decision on getting the best membership. Great price for the next 6 months. We need more workers like her.

  the 9-mile location is probably the worst wash in town. several years ago it was the gold standard. after Rocket bought the place, the quality absolutely rots. A few days ago, I ran my car through and it was dirtier after going through the tunnel. there was black grease on my tires, soap that doesn't get rinsed off, the rotating chamios at the end does not even touch the surface of the car, and my tail gate never gets touched. I have been a member for several years and if it were not for the fact of having a discounted membership i would not waste my time. I actually avoid the 9-mile location and travel out of my way to go to the location @ Fairfield Dr. which i believe cleans my truck much better. it would be great if someone in upper management would read and actually respond and repair the poor product Rocket is putting out. I believe this location is doing a dis-service to its members by not giving a quality wash for the money being charged

  Very poor customer service. After paying for the premium wash ($30.10)package that included tire shine my truck came out with a few spots of tire shine. I ask about it at the pay booth and the manager lady came over to look at it. She said yeah sometimes it’s just like that and told me that there’s a bottle of tire shine on the cart over there if you want to put it on yourself. Not satisfied and won’t be back, not worth the money.
