  NO STAR- worst experience ever. the guy did not know what he was doing they had NO OIL they didn't want to give a military discount w/out some sort of code but didn't want to tell us where to find the code!! absolute worst oil change in my life...oooooh also told me I had a engine leak & he could sell me some stop leak 😡 something that should have taken 20 minutes took an hour. DO NOT GO HERE👌

  I love Dan he will help you to the fullest. Highly recommend coming here if you need any vehicle maintenance involving fluids.

  I had an excellent experience at American Lube Fast. From the moment I arrived, Dan and Khristopher provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, patient, and very thorough during my oil change. What stood out most was how informative and reassuring they were throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle without me even having to ask. That level of service and communication really made a difference. I truly appreciate how helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable they were. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this well taken care of during a simple service visit. I will definitely be returning and recommending American Lube Fast to others. Thank you again to Dan and Khristopher for such great service

  Christopher and Connor were absolutely fantastic! Not only were they polite and quick, but they were also very knowledgeable and thorough when servicing my vehicle. They took the time to make sure everything was checked and explained clearly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be back and will be sure to see them again for my next oil change!

  I went to American Lube Express today for an oil change. Kristopher and Cameron were extremely professional and genuinely took an interest helping me with my 16 year old Lincoln MKT. Kristopher explained everything to me step by step throughout the entire process and offered me products that would help clean out and repair my oil tank/engine and possible oil leak situation. Never any pressure, both were just professional He also showed me my current air filter that was extremely dirty and had spots of mold on it, at the same time showing me what a new air filter should look like Never pressuring me to buy anything.(but of course I bought one) Kristopher also answered all of my questions not related to the oil change with sincerity and offered solutions. Never once did he ever sway from his professional manner. You definitely have some A+ employees at your Navy Blvd location! Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire process and my new knowledge of how brake pads, rotors and calipers work. I will definitely continue to go to this American Lube Fast for all of my future oil changes and anything else they offer at this location!
