    Absolutely horrible experience. I came in for a simple oil change and was treated like I was some kind of inconvenience from the second I arrived. Multiple employees were already around my car, looking at it and touching it, only for me to suddenly be told they “couldn’t” do the oil change with basically no explanation. The attitude from the people I interacted with was disgusting. Everyone acted like they didn’t want me or my car there. Instead of speaking professionally, they treated me like I was wasting their time because I wasn’t buying overpriced extras or a synthetic package. Raymond did try to stick up for me and convince them to let me get my oil changed but they continuously refused. The store manager Brandon and the lady upstairs was by far the worst part of the experience. Completely rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Brandon the manager flat out said he didn’t care what anyone had to say including the district manager and refused to give a real explanation as to why they suddenly wouldn’t service my vehicle. The whole interaction came across like they only care about customers spending a lot of money and couldn’t care less about basic customer service. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome at a business in my life. If this is how they treat people coming in for routine maintenance, I can only imagine how badly they handle actual problems. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
