  I was charged an additional day of car rental plus insurance. It has been two weeks since I requested a refund and have not been refunded yet.

  I rented a vehicle from, Alamo through Expedia.com to be picked up at the Pensacola international Airport. It was a painless process. My vehicle was ready when I arrived. Staff was courteous and informative. Dropping the vehicle off was as painless as a vehicle drop off at the airport. Can be. Staff was incredibly helpful, told me not to worry about the few pieces of trash that I needed to throw away in addition to carrying three heavy bags with two children in tow, and they even gave me directions to find the terminal and gate I needed at the airport. I would definitely use Alamo again! Again! Pricing was very reasonable as well.

  My rental experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was very helpful and professional throughout the process. There was an issue with the original vehicle, but the staff acted quickly to resolve it and got me into a new rental without delay. When I returned the car, the representative was extremely courteous and even provided a slight discount due to the earlier inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service was efficient, friendly, and customer‑focused. I would definitely rent from this location again.

  TThe car was lovely and the agent behind the desk was amazing. Jamal at Pensacola International Airport was the most pleasant young man. It is great that this company has nice, professional and knowledgeable young men like him working with customers. Fantastic service. The car, the easy of pick up and return..100% satisfaction.

  I cannot say enough about how well I was treated by Alamo Car Rental in the Pensacola Airport. Unbelievable quick check in. Keys in my hands in less than 5 minutes at the counter. Car ( Jeep Compass ), was spotless in and out and performed for our vacation in Orange Beach. Returning the car was the best part. Met our attendant at 5:30am and had my email receipt before I walked in the airport's front door. No hassles, just great customer service. Absolutely a great experience that I will use to make my next car rental. I know things can happen and they're not always pleasant. However, Alamo is becoming a King in the Pensacola Airport. I just bent the knee.
