  If you find yourself at the Pensacola airport needing a rental car the best thing you can do is rent from Alamo. Blake and his Team are the best. You will not be disappointed.

  This was our first time renting with Alamo, through Costco.Had a wonderful experience. Checking in at the airport was smooth and had no problems. Had to change the return time (from 10am to 5:30am), which was very easy to do online. Returning the car was super easy and the staff was great. Received my receipt and there were no "hidden" fees. The total was exactly what I expected to be. Can't wait to rent with you again. Great job Alamo!!

  We had such a great experience with Alamo. They truly went above and beyond.The customer service at the airport was exceptional. Easy process to return as well. We will absolutely use them again

  The car we rented was great—brand new and amazing. The only thing to note is that the odometer showed around 150 more miles than what was listed in the contract. This was not an issue at all.

  Had a great experience with Alamo. The pickup process was significantly easier than my past rental experiences—since I booked everything online in advance, they handed me the keys and I was out the door in minutes. Drop-off was equally quick and effortless. Alamo happened to be the cheapest option for an SUV this time around, and while rental car services generally feel pretty similar, the price and ease of pickup made this a solid choice. I’d definitely use them again if the rate is right. My only critique is that the vehicle was missing about a quarter tank of gas at pickup. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but starting a rental with a full tank is standard expectation, and having to worry about fuel policies right off the lot takes away from an otherwise seamless experience. Alamo should ensure tank levels are fully verified before handing off keys. Side note the guy at Pensacola airport who handled the Alamo drop off on 8/17/26 around 1:00 pm was extremely helpful and friendly so shoutout to whoever you are.
