  Manager is great! They're efficient, friendly, and you don't have to worry about being scammed/upcharged on useless products because they show you everything and just recommend things

  Manager was awesome, I don't remember her name but she was extremely communicative and helped me through my first oil change for my new diesel truck. There was another employee named Brandon who talked me through everything. Will definitely come back.

  Incredibly quick and professional service!! I have never been here before but was recommended by my dad who said they do the change while you are in the car - no appt needed. The workers were very clear with their directions and quick and precise. I came for an oil change only but they also do a general check up and let you know if anything needs to be addressed (AC, Battery, lights, etc). They noticed my windshield wipes were not placed properly and fixed that for me real quick. Brandon and Jennifer were a killer team. It was amazing seeing Jennifer go to work tbh!!! Amazing workers the both of them. The only downside of the experience is, since this is Florida, depending on the time of day the moment the car is off and the AC is gone, I was cooking in my car haha. But due to how quick the service was, I at least did not suffer for that long. These guys have to work in this heat all day so kudos to them !

  Awesome crew, very professional and quick! The customer service was unmatched! I appreciate you Brandon Moore/Abdel/Jalen. I can't forget the sweet Manager Jennifer leading her team with excellence. (She came to greet me with a positive attitude not knowing if it was a complaint our what) I'll be back! Great crew keep up the good work!

  Everyone at the store was amazing! The manager and technicians who serviced my vehicle went above and beyond the call of duty. I definitely recommend Valvoline Pembroke Pines for your routine service needs. That said, I want to give some advice to upper management. The garage/bays are incredibly hot. I only saw one floor fan, which didn't do anything to keep the area cool. I felt like I was in an oven and it's only April!!! Your employees were literally sweating just talking to me. My heart broke for your employees who were servicing so many vehicles under those conditions. Thankfully, I had a handheld fan in my car which I used to fan the service technician while she worked to remove my cabin filter. Come on, Valvoline! Please purchase some wall-mounted good quality oscillating fans for your loyal employees. They're not that expensive. And it's much cheaper than paying worker's comp if one of your employees suffer a heat stroke and have to be hospitalized. Check Florida's heat index and see for yourself. Thank you all and thanks in advance to management for buying those fans for your employees. I look forward to a "cooler" experience at my next visit.
