To Tire Kingdom Management,
I am filing a formal complaint about the unacceptable service I received at the Tire Kingdom located near Pines Boulevard and 172nd Avenue in Pembroke Pines.
I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires installed and waited for more than two hours. During that entire time, nobody touched my vehicle or began working on the tires. No employee gave me a reasonable explanation for the delay, provided an accurate update, or showed any concern about wasting more than two hours of my time.
When I asked about the service, the employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the problem, they acted as though my questions were an inconvenience. Customers should not be ignored and treated disrespectfully after trusting your business and waiting hours for a service that was never even started.
This experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and basic customer service. If the store was unable to complete the installation within a reasonable amount of time, I should have been told immediately, not left waiting for over two hours while nothing was done.
I expect management to investigate what happened, address the behavior of the employees involved, and explain why my vehicle was ignored for so long. I am also requesting a direct apology and an appropriate resolution for the time that was wasted. A generic response will not be sufficient.
If this matter is not handled seriously, I will escalate my complaint to Tire Kingdom’s corporate office and share my experience publicly so that other customers understand the type of treatment they may receive at this location.

My tire lugnuts could not come off by anyone. I called AAA they also couldn’t remove them. I came here and Ben removed them in 5 minutes when he tried. They were very kind here and didn’t overcharge. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience speaking with Alex at Tire Kingdom. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me and was extremely helpful. I knew it was about time to replace my tires, so I’ve been visiting different places and comparing quotes. Alex took the time to explain three different options, ranging from premium to budget-friendly. He clearly explained the benefits of each option and why the higher-end tires might be more beneficial for the type of car I drive.
He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me an honest recommendation without being pushy or making me feel like he was trying to take advantage of me because “I’m just a girl”. The conversation felt friendly, informative, and genuine. I truly appreciated his help and will definitely return to this location!

Came in for two new front tires on my Excursion, got the store brand (I think Mavis?) for highway use and they are very comfortable and quiet. I also had my truck aligned and they did a phenomenal job. Couldn't recommend them more, the tech was fantastic.

PSA! Omar isn't here anymore this place is a joke.
Went here for service on a Tundra as well as oil change and tire rotation. I MARKED the tire once i noticed Omar was no longer the Store manager. I left and upon my return. The tire rotation had NOT been completed although the first person i asked told me "it was not possible" and when i asked the 2nd person i was told "only 1 side was done (because lug nuts were swollen)". Being that i brought the tires from this location, i asked if it can be repaired and they told me no they will not fix it and to take it elsewhere. Mind you Omar used to service all FOUR of my trucks and trailers as well as all my family vehicles. It is sad to say 1 guy leaves and the entire store goes to shambles. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
