  As a business owner myself, I feel it’s important to recognize exceptional customer service when I experience it and Omar at Tire Kingdom in Pembroke Pines truly went above and beyond. Being located in Fort Myers, one of my fleet vehicles broke down in the Pembroke Pines area with one of my detailers stranded and needing to make it safely back across the state. I contacted 4 different shops non of which cared to assist. luckily i called this store and explained the situation to Omar. Without hesitation, he immediately stepped in to help. What impressed me the most was that Omar assisted my employee over FACETIME, walking him through the issue step-by-step, patiently troubleshooting the problem and helping get the vehicle safely back on the road all without my employee even stepping foot inside the store or spending a single dollar with Tire Kingdom. Honestly left me speechless and amazed with his level of genuine care and wanting to get my guy off the shoulder on I-75 and home safely. That level of professionalism, compassion, and genuine customer care is almost nonexistent nowadays. In a time where true customer service feels rare, Omar and Tire Kingdom set the standard for what it should be. Thank you again to Omar for your outstanding support, integrity, and willingness to help someone in need. It did not go unnoticed. Now without hesitation i will go see Omar whenever we are in the area and in need of any Maintenance or Repairs. I know good reviews sometime go unnoticed and only Negative ones get attended to. Please respond to my review advising me that he is aware of our appreciation.

  I was in great distress when I saw and felt the left rear Tire of my truck flatten. Omar from Tire Kingdon came to the rescue! The shop was about to close yet he took the patience and initiative to help me. Thank you Omar! It's people like you that make us believe there s hope! Tire Kingdon is the place to go! I know that I will return for anything! I highly recommend this shop!

  They tell me it will be 2 hours for a front tire change and wheel alignment, 2 hours pass and it’s been untouched. I don’t know why you have to lie. On top of that after 5 hours of waiting it seems like they didn’t do nothing for the wheel alignment and my car turns hard right. Clearly the job was rushed.

  This morning I had low tire pressure and realized that there was a nail in one of my tires. I was dreading getting it fixed, especially since my only option was to go somewhere with a baby and a toddler and wait there for it to be fixed. From the moment I arrived at Tire Kingdom, they made the experience as pain free as possible. I was warmly greeted, efficiently checked in, and given an estimated wait time for the tire to be patched. While I was waiting, I was given an update when my car was next in line which was helpful. The service was completed efficiently and the issue was resolved. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the experience was. I was also impressed with the very kind, courteous customer service I received. I will certainly be coming back to this location for any future tire needs.

  BEWARE! I called and made an appointment to get my tire repaired. When I arrived the front desk told me that he is not taking anymore appointments. I said I already have one. NO, THATS THE CALL CENTER TAKING APPOINTMENTS NOT ME HERE LOCALLY. You can come back tomorrow if you like? No thanks, there are way too many other options out there. BEWARE, Tire Kingdom does not always honor the appointment you set.
