- BJBenjamin JoySep 24, 20265.0Thanks for making the car rental experience a great one!
- TWTony WalshSep 22, 20263.0Enterprise does not accept AAA or AARP discounts. Had to wait over a half hour for them to pick me up when they are 5 minutes away. Then waited another 40 minutes for them to clean rental car. Then another 15 minutes for paperwork they could have done while the rental car was being cleaned.
- JAJim AnguloSep 21, 20265.0Marvin and mark were awesome very happy with the service in prembroke pines
- SCSteph CSep 12, 20264.0The enterprise located in 12592 pines blvd is one of the best one to rent your car from. The employees I encountered were friendly & welcoming. They weren't rude or dismissive and made sure they recognized you right when you walked in the building. I also like that I received the car I reserved & not try to sell me into getting something completely different from what I wanted. Definitely would rent a car from that location again.
- MMMaedeeneAug 29, 20265.0I have rented from Enterprise before and I was treated very wellbut coming to that location and having Marken Michel taking care of me was exceptional after waiting for a while he kept checking to see when a car was available, there goes a worker with a mission,he can sour higher and bring quality to that company
