  First let me start by saying I am a small business owner and if I ran my Business the way they run theirs I would not have good quality customrrs. I have been a user of this brand for over 20 ywars and in the past 5 years their quality consistency customer service have decreased tremendously. I am the kind of person who plan things out I never wait till the last minute so you can understand my level of frustration with this situation. I reserved a car 5 months in advance. The morning of pick up I went a head and prepaid and checked in because I had meetings and appointmenrs scheduled for the day. It is now 1:38 PM and I have yet to receive a suitabe car rental not to mention the one I reserved and already paid for. I am sooooo upset and these incompetent agents carelessly walk around like its just a normal day. I have so much more to say about this situation in which I will be sending their corporate office a letter and they can forget about the survey... They would rather I not complete one because the rating they will bee getting will be in the thrash.....

  The staff that was working 6/20 is horrible and lazy especially the black guy with glasses. I did contact you and I received no help and my plans got ruined

  'My experience was horrible. I booked a reservation to pick up a car only to arrive at the location, and the vehicle isn't available. No email, no notification. I was told that the branch reached out the evening before, but I didn't receive a call. I called customer services only to be told that they're backed up, and not only that, my reservation was canceled on their side without my request. I asked to speak to the manager, who was so rude and who pretty much told me that it's my problem and hung up on me.

  Make sure do your reservation online...there car that I choose was not available but they accommodate with a better one.

  Professional and respectful staff. Mark was attentive to our accommodations and requests, and Glasner was very helpful in finding a vehicle. Thank you
