  I highly recommend this Enterprise location! I rented a car for my trip to Orlando, and the experience was outstanding. Kit and Jalen were amazing—friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explained the entire rental process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made everything quick and easy. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you, Kit and Jalen, for providing such exceptional service. I will definitely rent from this location again!

  After Alamo left me stranded at the airport, I made a reservation with Enterprise the next day. Things started off a little rough — the first car had a flat tire, the second took a while to get cleaned — but third time was definitely the charm. Ket came through with a pretty sweet ride for the rest of my trip. She was running a one-woman show while I was there, handling multiple reservations and dealing with all the hiccups surrounding my rentals, yet she still maintained a positive attitude and made sure I left with the right vehicle. Great customer service and professionalism despite a hectic situation. 10/10, no notes!

  ⭐ Extremely disappointed with my experience. I rented a car from June 23 to July 4 for around $2,300 and specifically requested to return the vehicle in Philadelphia. However, the booking representative mistakenly entered Pembroke Pines as the return location without informing me. I only discovered the error while I was in Orlando, which forced me to change my plans, travel back unnecessarily, and waste almost two days of my trip. I also had to book an additional flight, resulting in extra expenses and a great deal of stress—all because of a mistake made by your staff. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of support from customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for the booking error, I was charged an additional $391. It’s unacceptable to penalize a customer for a mistake your own employee made. For a company that charges premium prices, I expected much better service and accountability. I hope management reviews this case, refunds the unjustified $391 charge, and improves staff training to prevent other customers from going through the same frustrating experience.

  I give this place 5 stars because Juan is amazing. The lady that works there customer service is terrible. Go to Juan guys he's amazing and will make sure you have what you need. Overall im satisfied. I rented with them 2 weeks straight through my business account.
