The whole process was smooth and easy, and the customer service was excellent. Manager Ket was very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which made the experience stress free and comfortable. Definitely appreciate the professionalism and would recommend this location to others.

Ket communicated with me ahead of time about the recall on the mini-van, but assured me that she would do he best to accommodate me appropriately. Also, Jalen was efficient and professional with checking me out upon my arrival to drop off the rental. A much appreciated experience!
- RRRaul RuizApr 27, 20261.0This place is the pits. 40+ minutes to pick up a car I already did a check-in for. Rude staff too. Update: After an hour of waiting, they brought a car. I spoke to the manager to tell them that they needed to improve their customer service. Immediately after the manager said I would not be renting from them and told me to give them back the keys to the car I had waited so long for. Hope you have a better experience than I did at this place.
