  I had such a great experience with Enterprise! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The customer service was amazing, and the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole rental process so easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely choose Enterprise again!

  Juan and his front desk staffers two afro Americans were professional, courtesy and accommodating. They are respectful polite individuals! Kudos! I will go to this one particular and the only one 🙂. 🙏🙌❤️✌🏿🙏

  Horrible service and lassie fare attitude. My husband reserved a 7 seater suv 2 months ago on 6/13/26 for our family vacation in August. Here we are on 8/13/26 and we arrive 30 minutes early to pick up our vehicle and Mark at front desk tells us they don’t have it and not will they be getting it and just sends us to kick rocks, not apologetic, doesn’t show any kind of remorse or care for their screwup. We had to call around a million enterprises and different rental companies to find a car to fit our family and it costs us DOUBLE to price we would’ve paid due to reserving early had enterprise practice being a reliable rental company. This is not the first time we’ve had a similar issue with the company. I just thought using a different location would result in better results. After years of being loyal customs to enterprise through all our travels, My family and I will never be renting with them again and I’d suggest you not waste your time and energy and take your business elsewhere.

  Lazy workers. They don’t answer the phone ever and they never EVER have any cars no matter if you booked one. Go to another location or just a different car rental company.

  My husband recently had a car accident. The insurance company for the individual set up a rental for him while the car was being repaired with Enterprise on Pines Boulevard. Jade was very helpful with getting everything squared away so that he could continue to work while the car was being repaired. Would highly recommend this car rental agency if you should need a rental.
