  Rented a 2026 BMW 330i for a weeks long trip. Excellent customer service from agent Cassandra and very fair price. Great car that gave me over 29 mpg. I’ll rent from Enterprise again.

  Horrible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Pembroke Pines. I called at 12:00 PM to confirm my reservation for 2:00 PM, and I was assured everything was set. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, they checked me in, charged my American Express card $400, and then had me wait for over an hour and a half. After waiting all that time, I was finally informed that they did not have a vehicle available for me. No one could explain why my confirmed reservation was not being honored. When I asked for an estimated wait time or when another vehicle would be available, they could not provide any answer. They also failed to offer any alternative solution, such as locating a vehicle at another Enterprise location. I contacted Enterprise Customer Care to report the issue, but they were just as unhelpful. They could not provide an explanation, a timeline for resolution, or any meaningful assistance. A reservation should mean that a vehicle is available when you arrive. Instead, I wasted hours of my day, had my card charged, and left without a car. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Pembroke Pines was easily the most professional rental car place I’ve ever used. Katie and Frank are flawless and should be cloned. It’s nice to see that customer service still exists in the world. Do yourself a favor, use these guys. Mariah and Cassandra need to be cloned as well. I don’t think there’s a weak link in this group at all. Very impressive.

  Excellent customer service! Alvin was amazing—such a great pick-me-up. He was waiting for me and promptly took me to the location. I also received the best offer, and the Girl at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
