  This Enterprise Car Rental provided outstanding care and customer support. At the time of check in, the entire experience was friendly, cordial and positive. For the return, we notified Frank Gomez that we had issues with the rental resulting in an vehicle exchange. He apologized for the inconvenience and went over and beyond to compensate our inconvenience. The entire location is wonderful; friendly, professional, and caring. Recommend this rental location and the entire team. Note Katie Keene, the Assistant Brach Manager also demonstrated exceptional customer service.

  Disappointing start to what I am told by the body shop will be a 3-3.5 week insurance rental. The good is the pickup - they were at the body shop before I even finished inspections - very impressive for a Monday morning! A guy wrote me up (assuming the manager), and then said he would check on what he could do for me for a vehicle since they didnt have the minivan I reserved - no problem. I had explained to both the employee that picked me up and the manager that I needed space for all of my kids stuff IE guitars, golf clubs, etc. I was told to have a seat while they figured it out. After a decent wait, Katie came to get me and walk around the vehicle and said that she had a Hyundai Palisade for me, and asked would that work in the meantime while I wait for a minivan to be found. Said no problem and asked how long before I can swap out to a minivan or large SUV, And she asked me to wait while she checked on it. I have a $50 a day policy with State farm which is more than enough to cover a minivan at insurance rates. She came back and said she had several minivans and SUVs that needed to have oil changes done and they should be done within the next 1 to 2 hours...and then gave me a Bronco, which is on the smaller side of suv's for cargo storage - my #1 need and why I booked a minivan to start with. I hadn't heard anything, so I came back over 3 hours later and was told they still weren't ready yet. No apologies for wasting my time, no compromise, just that I would need to sit and wait for oil changes to be completed since they were taking longer. I couldn't wait because I had to pick my son up, so I had to leave and here we are over 6 hours later and I still haven't heard anything. Disappointing service and, with reasonable expectations, am hoping it gets better.

  Sadly, I was recently involved in an accident, and during such a stressful time, I was met with outstanding customer service throughout the entire experience. From working with USAA, to Caliber Collision, and especially my rental car experience here, everyone made the process so much easier. They even picked me up from my location and brought me to a nearby Enterprise office, which I truly appreciated. Katie was the only person working the front desk at the time, and I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and positively she handled every customer who came in. Despite being busy, she maintained such a kind and welcoming attitude that I felt compelled to leave a review. What stood out even more was when I returned the vehicle is that Katie actually remembered me and let me know I could leave my car at the shop location and they would take care of getting it, which saved me so much time and stress. Thank you, Katie, for all of your help and for simply being such a positive light during a difficult situation. Your kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.

  Katie Keene The assistant manager at the branch located at 2050 NW. 146th Ave. at Pembroke Pines is an asset to Enterprise. I recommend this location and Enterprise overall as I have almost always had a positive experience and when it’s been less than ideal, I find it their employees such as Katie go the extra mile to make sure that customers are satisfied in this day and age just don’t see that much anymore. I recommend Enterprise Danny B.
